建立了水润滑动静压陶瓷轴承的弹流润滑几何模型,采用考虑了热效应的Reynolds方程,对水润滑动静压陶瓷轴承进行考虑热效应时的弹流理论分析。研究了不同工况下供水压力对水润滑动静压陶瓷轴承的压力膜厚影响,分析了不同工况下润滑膜局部最高温度出现的区域,得到了速度、载荷对水润滑动静压陶瓷轴承润滑膜温度控制的协同作用曲线。结果显示,初始供水压力的静压效应有利于轴承润滑,初始供水压力增大,润滑膜膜厚增大,不同工况下压力变化趋势不同;不同工况下,润滑膜局部最高温度的区域发生变化;当润滑膜局部最高温度保持在一个定值时,不同的速度和载荷组合对润滑膜局部温度控制呈现反相关的协同作用,并且在不同工况下,速度、载荷的相关性变化趋势不同。
The elastohydrodynamic lubrication geometric model of water-lubricated hybrid ceramic journal bearing is established. The numerical simulation of water-lubricated hybrid ceramic bearings considering its thermal effect is carried out by using the Reynolds equation with thermal effect. The effects of supply water pressure on film pressure,film thickness of water-lubricated hybrid ceramics bearing under different working conditions are studied. The region where the local maximum temperature of lubricating film appeared under different working conditions is analyzed. The synergistic effect curve of velocity and load on temperature control of lubricating film of water-lubricated hybrid ceramic bearing is obtained. Results show that the static pressure effect of the initial water supply pressure is favorable to the bearing lubrication,the initial water supply pressure increases,the film thickness of the lubricating film increases,and the pressure change tendency under different working conditions is different. The local maximum temperature of the lubricating film changes under different operating conditions. When the local maximum temperature of the lubricating film is kept at a constant value,the combination of velocity and load has an inverse synergistic effect on the local temperature control of the lubricating film,and the variation trend of the velocity and load is different under different conditions.
