摘要

以常用的锥形型线膜盘为例,利用ANSYS软件分析膜盘在多载荷共同作用时的应力以及安全系数分布。根据分析结果将原有的锥形型线进行改进,并利用ANSYS的优化模块进行多参数优化。优化后的膜盘型面上的应力减小,最低安全系数提高。

Abstract

Taking the common diaphragm with the conical profile as example,the distribution of stress and security coefficient in profile are analyzed by ANSYS software. According to the analysis results,the original conical line type can be improved and the multi-parameter optimization is carried out by ANSYS OPT module.After optimizing,the stress in profile is reduced and the security is improved.
