介绍了一种自主研发且适用于时速200 km/h客运机车的齿轮箱。通过齿轮CAD及有限元分析分别对于齿轮及箱体进行了分析,确认其具有较高的可靠性。齿轮齿坯由经过电渣重熔的18CrNiMo7-6合金钢锻造而成,在齿轮的成型过程中加入了渗碳淬火、喷丸及修形等工艺,以保证啮合过程中的可靠性及平顺性。箱体采用铝合金替代传统的球墨铸铁铸造而成,不仅达到轻量化设计的要求,而且有助于齿轮箱的散热。在型式试验过程中,齿轮箱运行平稳,轴承温升符合要求。
A gearbox which is developed independently and used for 200 km/h passenger locomotive is introduced. The analysis of gear and box is carried out respectively by the CAD and finite element analysis,and the high reliability of the gearbox is confirmed. The gear blanks are forged from 18 CrNiMo7-6 alloy steel which is electroslag remelted. In order to ensure the reliability and smoothness during the gear meshing,the carburizing,quenching,shot peening and profile correction are added in the process of gear forming. The material of the gearbox is adopted aluminum alloy instead of the ductile iron,not only meet the requirements of lightweight design,but also contribute to the cooling of the gearbox. During the type test,the gear box running smoothly,the temperature rise of the bearings is also meeting the requirement.
