摘要

介绍了国内外齿根弯曲疲劳试验的方法,并就单齿脉动加载试验中的若干问题进行了讨论,例如确保齿向载荷均布、跨齿数和加载点位置的确定、加载频率的问题,脉动加载循环系数以及计算中用到的齿形系数、应力集中系数以及齿根表面状况系数等问题做了解释和探讨。

Abstract

The methods of the tooth root bending fatigue test both at home and abroad are introduced,and several questions about single tooth pulsating test are explained and discussed,such as ensure the load distribution along tooth length direction,clamped tooth number and loading point position,the loading frequency and the tooth form factor,stress concentration factor and tooth root surface condition factor for calculation and so on.
