摘要

针对马氏体不锈钢20Cr13材料的链条在使用中出现的断裂问题,提出了对此材料进行热处理工艺改进的方案。通过对不同热处理工艺参数的试验验证,综合硬度和夏比冲击试验,确定合适的热处理工艺。使用实践表明,按照改进方案试验验证结果所设计的链条满足了耐腐蚀、耐磨损、较高强度的使用要求。

Abstract

View of the fracture problem of the chain in the 20Cr13 material of martensitic stainless steel,the scheme of improving the heat treatment process is put forward. Through the test of the different parameters of heat treatment,comprehensive the hardness and Charpy impact test,the appropriate heat treatment process is determined. The practice shows that,according to the results of the above scheme,the design of the chain meets the requirements of corrosion resistance,wear resistance and higher strength.
