According to precision multi- station chain plate progressive die performance requirements and use of characteristic,combined with recent on the implementation of new national standards Tool and mould steels and related new mould materials application practice. The domestic cold stamping die materials of high speed tool steel,alloy tool steels,hardmetals and steel- bonded hardmetals etc suitable for the design and manufacture of chain plate progressive die manufacture technology are explained. The advices about the die materials usage in workplace is given.
