摘要

滚筒干燥机在多个行业中广泛应用,辊式布料的单滚筒干燥机因其功能要求,而采用了一种齿链混合传动系统。在Creo3.0环境下,将齿轮传动和链传动有效结合,实现了单滚筒干燥机传动系统的参数化建模和装配。通过运动仿真和应力仿真分析了机器出现的实际问题,并提出了改进建议,对整机的优化设计具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract

The drum dryer is widely applied in various aspects. The drive system of single drum dryer with starching rollers is composed of gear drive and chain drive. The method for the parametric modeling and assembling of the single drum dryer drive system is realized with Creo 3. 0 software. The actual problems of the machine is analyzed by using motion simulation and stress simulation,and the improvement suggestion is proposed,which would have some reference meaning on the designing and optimizing of the whole machine.
