摘要

理论上,花键副所有键齿传递相同的载荷;实际上,由于加工制造误差与装配误差的影响,花键副并非所有键齿都传递相同的载荷,因此部分键齿可能存在过载的情况。基于有限元法研究了渐开线花键副在角向不对中、径向不对中以及角向与径向不对中共同存在情况下键齿的接触压力分布与齿间载荷分布,研究结果对指导渐开线花键副的加工制造与装配具有一定的指导意义和工程应用价值。

Abstract

In theoretically,all teeth of spline pair transmitted the same load. In practice,due to manufacturing and mounting errors,not all teeth transmit the same load and as a result,the overloading condition may occur. Based on finite element method,the distribution of contact pressure and load among teeth of involute spline pair with the conditions of angular misalignment,parallel misalignment and those two combined misalignment are investigated. The results have certain guiding significance and engineering application value in guiding involute spline pair manufacturing and assembly.
