摘要

根据范成法原理和Y38滚齿机备用挂轮情况,从理论上分析了Y38滚齿机加工齿数小于8的少齿数齿轮的可行性;在实验的基础上,分析了加工少齿数齿轮时滚齿机不能正常启动的原因,并提出了改造方案,改造后的Y38滚齿机可以加工出少齿数齿轮。

Abstract

According to the principle of generation method and the case of Y38 hobbing machine spare wheels,the feasibility of the machining of few tooth gear with tooth number less than eight by using Y38 hobbing machine is theoretically analyzed. On the basis of the experiment,the reason why the hobbing machine can ’t start normally when machining the few teeth number gear is analyzed,and the renovation scheme is put forward.After transforming,the few tooth number gear can be machined by using the Y38 hobbing machine.
