针对曲柄群机构动平衡方法研究的不足,将质量矩替代法和动量矩替代法相结合推导出曲柄群驱动机构摆动力和摆动力矩完全平衡条件,得出连杆桁架作用在相邻曲柄上的附加质量矩和附加动量矩公式以及二副杆树系统的摆动力和摆动力矩完全平衡条件。将曲柄群机构的动平衡问题归结为求解一个线性方程组而实现机构力和力矩的平衡,同时还得出此类机构只施加配重而不需附加惯性配重机构就可实现机构动平衡,该动平衡方法的应用对物理样机的实验方案设计和配重参数的选择都具有较强的理论指导意义。
Aiming at overcoming the deficiency of dynamic balance of crank- group mechanism,combining the mass moment substitution method and the momentum moment substitution method,the complete balance conditions of swing force and swing torque of crank- group driving mechanism are derived. The expressions of the additional mass moment and additional momentum moment of connecting rod truss that is equivalent in adjacent cranks and the dynamic balance conditions of two pair rod tree system can be obtained by solving a linear equation set. It is also proved that such institutions can achieve the balance of force and moment by adding the counterweight without inertia weight mechanism,the application of this dynamic balance method of crank- group mechanism has a theoretical significance for designing the physical prototype experiment and choosing the parameters of counterweight.
