摘要

针对行星封闭差动传动技术结构形式的风电增速箱普遍存在箱体之间销孔连接、行星轮轴承、行星轮系3个装配工艺难点问题,对箱体之间传扭销装配技术要求、行星轮轴承、行星轮系结构进行深入分析,提出工艺解决方案,最后验证工艺方案。

Abstract

Aiming at the three assembly process difficulties of pin hole connection between cases,planetary wheel bearing,planetary gear train of wind power increasing gearbox with the technical structure of planetary closed differential transmission,the deeply analysis of the assembly technical requirement of transmission twist pin between cases,the planetary wheel bearing,planetary gear structure is carried out.The technology solution is put forward and verified.
