基于相位调谐的行星齿轮系统振动抑制技术的试验研究
摘要
基于相位调谐理论的研究重点,设计并制造了两组具有不同啮合相位特征的30 k W单级人字齿行星齿轮传动系统。通过对比试验的方法,在相同的工况下采集两组系统的振动和噪声信号,并将得到的数据经过处理分析,从而对"基于相位调谐的行星齿轮系统振动抑制技术"的减振降噪的有效性进行验证。结果表明,通过相位调谐理论可以有效地减小行星齿轮传动系统中轮齿啮合产生的振动及噪声。
Abstract
Based on planet phasing theory research,two groups 30 kW single stage double helical tooth planetary gear transmission system with different meshing phase characteristics are designed and manufactured.The vibration and noise signals of the two groups systems are collected under the same working condition by comparing test method.The obtained data is analyzed,and the effectiveness of the vibration and noise reduction of "vibration suppression technique of planetary gear system based on planet phasing"is verified.The results show that the vibration and noise of the gear mesh in the planetary transmission system can be effectively reduced by the planet phasing theory.
