摘要

根据弧齿锥齿轮铣齿加工的数学模型,求得弧齿锥齿轮的齿面参数,建立精确的三维模型。应用ANSYS Workbench软件分析弧齿锥齿轮多齿啮合状态下不同载荷时的接触应力变化规律,得到了较为准确的弧齿锥齿轮接触应力,为该齿轮的疲劳寿命计算提供了理论依据。

Abstract

According to the mathematical model of milling tooth processing of spiral bevel gear,the tooth surface parameters of spiral bevel gear are obtained.The precise three- dimensional model is established.By using the ANSYS workbench software,the change rule of contact stress of spiral bevel gear with different load under multi tooth meshing state is analyzed.The more accurate contact stress of spiral bevel gear is obtained.The theoretical basis for gear fatigue life calculation is provided.
