摘要

为探究修形参数对齿轮疲劳特性的影响,采用罗卡提法进行齿轮疲劳特性对比试验。试验采用错齿啮合方案,利用Romax确定了试验载荷相应的弯曲应力,并用Matlab对试验数据进行了处理分析,得到不同修形参数下的齿轮弯曲疲劳强度。试验结果表明,在给定工况下,选择合适的齿顶修形能够提高齿轮的弯曲疲劳寿命,为修形方法在齿轮中的应用提供了基础数据参考。

Abstract

The Locati method is used to explore the influence of modification parameters on the fatigue property of gears. The corresponding bending stress of meshing gear with staggering tooth is obtained by using the Romax software,then the bending fatigue strength for gears with different modification parameters are obtained according to experimental data by using Matlab. The results show that the appropriate addendum modification can improve the bending fatigue life of gear with the given conditions,which provides the basic reference data for modification in the application of gear.
