分别将倒圆角直梁型、椭圆直梁复合型、抛物线直梁复合型及双曲线直梁复合型柔性铰链应用于柔性T型联结节结构中,采用结构实体单元SOLID92建立各柔性T型联结节的有限元模型,建立相应的边界条件对其承载能力进行研究。结果表明,(1)由椭圆直梁复合型柔性铰链构成的柔性T型联结节的承载能力最强;(2)该柔性T型联结节的最大弯曲应力、最大扭转应力和最大拉应力主要取决于最小厚度,且各应力均随宽度和最小厚度的增大而减小,这一规律与椭圆直梁复合型柔性铰链的各结构参数对其最大弯曲应力、最大扭转应力和最大拉应力影响规律的研究结果一致。
The corner- filleted flexural hinge,the elliptical- rectangle flexural hinge,the parabola- rectangle flexural hinge and the hyperbolic- rectangle flexural hinge are used in the structure of the flexible T-typed coupling joint. In order to explore their load- bearing,the finite element model is set up based on the solid element SOLID92,and the corresponding boundary conditions are used. The results showed that,the load- bearing of the flexible T- typed coupling joint that made of the elliptical- rectangle flexural hinge is the strongest; the maximum bending stress,torsion stress and tensile stress is mainly depends on the minimum thickness,and all the stress decreases with the increase of the width and the minimum thickness,which keep the same with the results of the influence of the structural parameters of the elliptical- rectangle flexural hinge on its maximum bending stress,maximum torsion stress and the maximum tensile stress.
