In order to solve the problems of the poor driving stability of vehicle sectional type driving axle housing,associate with the reliability and response surface theory,a kind of hybrid uncertain parameters of the vehicle stability analysis method for sectional type drive axle housing is put forward,in this method,after the parameterization of the sectional type drive axle housing model,the analysis and the study of the vehicle sectional type driving axle housing of system stability,reliability and global sensitivity are carried out. The research results show that by reducing the brake pressure and friction coefficient have an important significance to improve the system stability of sectional type driving axle housing.
