摘要

对凸轮-齿轮组合机构进行研究,根据给定的轨迹,将设计分为反向求解凸轮啮合轨迹和凸轮外轮廓曲线两部分。基于Solid Works软件及Motion插件的反求凸轮啮合轨迹,最终通过Excel软件对数据处理获得了理想的凸轮外轮廓曲线,使机构能实现给定的轨迹运动,最后正向仿真验证了设计的正确。求解的方法简洁准确,省去了繁琐的计算,适合工程人士使用。

Abstract

The research of the cam- gear combination mechanism,according to the given trajectory,the design is divided into two parts reverse solution cam meshing track and cam outline. Based on the cam meshing track reverse solution with SOLIDWORKS software and the MOTION plug- in,through the EXCEL software for data processing,the ideal cam outline is acquired and making the mechanism can realize given trajectory,the correctness of the design is verified by forward simulation. This solution method is concise and accurate,the tedious computation is eliminated,it is suitable for engineering people.
