摘要

端面齿联接具有力矩性能高、自动定心等特点,在离心式空气压缩机组中具有重要应用。旨在推导端面齿齿形的精确计算公式,为端面齿的成型磨削提供精确的参数依据。

Abstract

The hirth coupling is widely used in the centrifugal air compressor unit due to its characteristic of high torque capacity and self centering etc.It is aimed at deriving the accurate calculating formulas of hirth tooth shape,to provide accurate parameters for the hirth forming grinding.
