摘要

回差是高精度摆线传动的一个重要指标,并且摆线轮修形是影响回差的主要因素之一。综合考虑整机的承载能力和回差,利用Matlab优化工具对摆线轮修形进行优化,并分析得出高精度摆线传动采用"负等距+负移距"组合修形能够得到较理想的齿形。

Abstract

The backlash is an important indicator of cycloid drive,and the modification is a major factor.Comprehensively considering the bearing capacity and backlash of the whole machine,the modification optimization of the cycloid gear is carried out by using the Matlab optimization tools,and a conclusion that high precision cycloid drive adopting " negative equidistance + negative shift" composite modification will get ideal cycloid gear profile is obtained.
