摘要

重点对共轴差动行星减速器的行星差动传动机构进行传动原理研究,进行差动机构的配齿计算和确定了传动比,并根据分析计算结果进行减速器总体结构的设计。结果表明,所设计的结构能够满足减速器共轴、反转、等速输出的设计要求。

Abstract

In order to study the gear transmission principle of differential planetary mechanism of reducer,the teeth-distributing calculating and the transmission ratio confirming of the differential mechanism are carried out.According to the analysis and calculation results,the overall structure design of reducer is carried out.The results show that,the designed structure can meet the design requirements of coaxial,inversion,constant output.
