For the study of the dynamic characteristics of non- circular gear,a transmission box of non-circular gear is designed. According to its dynamic characteristics,a measurement scheme is put forward and the electric parts of its relevant power system,breaking system and detection system are selected,which are used for the putting up of the dynamic testing experimental platform of non- circular gear. The parameter control and data acquisition systems are designed,which could realize the control of testing device and the processing of data acquisition through the computer. The dynamic characteristics of a pair of non- circular gear transmission are tested and analyzed by using this system.
