针对复杂零件拓扑优化过程中参数修改过程繁琐,提出一种Nastran卡片快速修改参数的拓扑优化方法。在模型修改过程中,Nastran卡片可将从载荷计算软件获得的计算结果直接导入Nastran拓扑优化文件,替换原有文件参数,达到快速修改参数,提高参数修改准确率和简化模型修改过程的目的。为了进一步验证Nastran卡片快速修改参数拓扑优化方法对复杂零件模型修改适应性,以某变速器壳体为目标,分别运用Nastran卡片快速修改参数拓扑优化方法与Optistruct软件拓扑优化法,对汽车变速器壳体拓扑优化模型修改。计算结果显示,在相同的初始条件下,由两方法得到的模型结构结果一致,应用实践表明,Nastran是一种快速完成复杂零件拓扑优化参数修改的有效方法。
A topology optimization method based on Nastran card quickly modifying parameters is proposed to solve the problem of modifying parameters of the complex components in the process of topology optimization.In the process of the model modification,the load calculation results can be directly imported to the Nastran topology optimization file to replace parameters of the original one. In consequence,the parameters are quickly modified,the accuracy of parameter modification is increased and the process of the model modification is simplified. In order to further verify the adaptability of Nastran cards quickly modifying parameters topological optimization method to the complex components model,one transmission housing is taken as a research object and its gearbox topological optimization model is modified separately by the Nastran cards quickly modifying parameters method and the Optistruct software. The result shows that the results of the two methods are the same in the same initial condition. The application practice indicates that the Nastran cards quickly modifying parameters method is an effective way to solve the problem of modifying parameters of the complex components.
