摘要

介绍了牙嵌离合器的基本原理。通过详细分析正梯形牙嵌离合器的接合与分离过程,对接合过程进行了阶段划分,确定了决定顺利接合允许转速差所在的阶段。研究了正梯形牙嵌离合器的保持接合与分离条件,给出了计算公式。对过载保护进行了分析,给出了过载保护要求的最大操纵油压。

Abstract

The basic principle of jaw clutch is introduced. The stage division of engagement process is carried out and the stages of smooth joint of the allowed speed differences is determined through the detailed analysis of engagement and separation process of positive trapezoid jaw clutch. The keeping engagement and separation conditions is studied and the calculation formula is given. The overload protection is analyzed and the maximum manipulating oil pressure of overload protection is given.
