In order to reduce the energy dissipation in truck crane moving and rotary stages,improve the saving energy levels of truck crane,taking the energy during braking process and turning process as the system energy recovery object to build the energy recovery system of a new kind of truck crane system energy recovery device with multi- objective. The structure design of the truck crane system energy recovery device,the energy recovery processes and policy are researched,the energy recovery process for each target performance computing is carried out. Finally,the actual verified is carried out through the actual parameter.
