A typical six-bar mechanism for baby bed is designed based on ergonomics,and which is optimized by integrated use the software of Matlab and ADAMS.Under the condition of the six-bar mechanism satisfy the constraints,the equation set for solving the connecting rod minimum length and is built and the connecting rod minimum size is calculated by Matlab.The length of connecting rod is set as a variable,and the parametric model of six-bar mechanism is built by using the software of ADAMS.The kinematics analysis and dynamics analysis of the mechanism are carried out,and the acceleration curve of the corresponding point and the force curve of the connecting rod are drawn out.Combining with the data of ergonomics,the optimal length of connecting rod,the length of active rod and crank speed are designed.The research conclusion have practical instructional significance for enhancing the function and comfortable of the baby bed.
