摘要

根据3台应用于选煤厂皮带运输机的减速机发生轴断裂失效案例,对断轴的断口形貌进行了分析,并采用有限元计算方法,查找到了轴断裂的原因,阐明了方头键槽轴复杂断口的形成和形貌特征,并提出预防方头键槽轴断裂应注意的事项。

Abstract

According to three failure cases of shaft fracture on the coal belt conveyor reducer,the fracture surface is analyzed and the finite elements calculation method is used to found the shaft fracture causes.The complex fracture formation and features and its effect on the shaft strength are demonstrated,meanwhile,points for attention when using square keyway are proposed.
