基于粒子群算法的PHEV动力参数和控制策略参数优化

以某款新开发的插电式混合动力汽车(Plug-in hybrid electric vehicle,PHEV)为研究对象,在完成传动参数匹配和控制策略设计的基础上,利用CRUISE建立了PHEV整车仿真模型。采用优化软件Isight集成Cruise整车模型,建立了以动力性能指标为约束条件,以百公里燃油消耗量和排放性能为目标的PHEV参数优化的模型,利用粒子群优化算法对PHEV的传动系统参数和控制策略参数进行多目标综合优化,并进行了仿真分析比较。结果表明,在UDDS循环工况下进行动力参数优化后的PHEV百公里燃油消耗降低12.5%,等效百公里燃油消耗降低10.7%。
Abstract
A newly developed plug-in hybrid electric vehicle is taken as research object and the vehicle simulation model is built by using CRUISE on the basis of completing the match of transmission parameters and control strategy design.An optimization model of plug-in HEV parameters is set up,applying optimization software Isight to integrate with CRUISE model.The constraints of the model are the designed power performance and the objective function is the fuel consumption and emission performance.The particle swarm optimization is applied to optimize the transmission system parameters and the control strategy parameter simultaneously.Compared the simulation results demonstrate that fuel consumption per hundred kilometer of PHEV is reduced by 12.5%and equivalent fuel consumption is reduced by 10.7% under UDDS driving cycle after optimization.
