动力耦合系统是并联型和混联型混合动力电动汽车的关键部件,其性能直接影响着混合动力汽车的动力性能和燃油经济性能,介绍了动力耦合系统的功能和分类,从技术发展历程、结构和工作原理、性能特点等方面对三种主要动力耦合系统(齿轮式机械动力耦合系统、电磁式动力耦合系统和液压混合动力耦合系统)进行了详细阐述,并展望了混合动力汽车动力耦合系统发展的趋势:控制智能化;系统集成化;结构多样化。
The power coupling system is the key component of the parallel hybrid vehicle and the combined hybrid vehicle,its performance directly affects the dynamic performance and fuel economy of the hybrid vehicle.The function and the classification of power coupling system are introduced.From the aspects of the technological developing process,the structure,the operational principles,and performance characteristics,etc,three type power coupling systems(gear type mechanical power coupling system,electromagnetic power coupling system and hydraulic power coupling system)are described in details.In the end,the trend in development of the power coupling system for hybrid vehicle is forecasted preliminarily,the control of power coupling system will be more intelligent,will achieve higher integration with the other system on the hybrid vehicle,and its structure will be more diversified.
