摘要

通过给出的齿轮修形数学模型及Romax软件对齿轮进行微观修形分析,探讨了齿轮齿面修形量的确定方法。研究表明,基于Romax的齿轮修形设计,能够使齿面载荷分布均匀,降低传动误差,提高齿轮副的承载能力和传动质量。

Abstract

An analysis of the gear micro modification is carried out by means of Romax software and a mathematical model of gear modification,and the methods of determining gear tooth surface modification amount are discussed.The research shows that,the gear modification design based on Romax can make the load of tooth surface uniformly distributed,reduce the transmission error and improve the bearing capacity and transmission quality of gear pair.
