摘要

针对摇摆机构具有非常规运动规律的特点,利用数学建模的方法建立了摇摆泵机构的运动模型,能够根据实际需要来调整模型参数得到预期的运动规律。在ADAMS平台上建立了摇摆泵运动机构的虚拟样机模型,通过运动仿真分析结果与参数化模型进行对比,验证了参数化模型的准确性。同时,利用动力学分析方法对摇摆机构关键部件进行了力学分析,为摇摆机构的设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract

Aiming at the unusual moving characteristic of the swing mechanism,a kind of moving model of the swing mechanism is built by using the mathematic modeling method,so that the expectant motion law can be obtained according to the engineering practical to change the parameter of the model.A visual prototype of the swing pump movement mechanism is built based on the ADAMS software.By the comparing the result of the motion simulation with the mathematic model,the accuracy of the parametric model is verified.Then the mechanics analysis of the critical part of swing mechanism is carried out by using the dynamics analysis method,and the theoretical basis for designing the swing mechanism is provided.
