摘要

为了解决弧齿锥齿轮单机数字化加工问题,提出了一种基于网络的弧齿锥齿轮数字化加工方案,并通过构建弧齿锥齿轮数字化加工的通信控制模型,开发数字化加工的通信控制软件,建立了弧齿锥齿轮数字化加工的网络通信体系架构。最后,通过某一准双曲面齿轮基于网络的数字化加工应用试验,验证了该加工方案的可行性和实用性。

Abstract

To solve the problem of single machine digital machining for spiral bevel gear,a digital machining scheme of spiral bevel gear based on network is proposed.The communication control model of the digital machining of spiral bevel gear is built,the communication control software is developed,and the network communication architecture of digital machining of spiral bevel gear is set up.Finally,the feasibility and practicability of the proposed machining scheme are proved by the digital machining application test based on network of one hypoid gear.
