摘要

围绕提高传动效率的性能指标,对机械传动领域中一种新的以滚珠作为啮合齿的滚珠蜗杆副,在技术上对其应用前景作了分析与比较,解析了该机构的传动原理,提出了该机构设计计算的基础公式,且以实例加以显示。

Abstract

The performance index to improve the transmission efficiency is discussed,the application prospect of the a new design in mechanical transmission field-ball worm pair with the rolling balls as meshing tooth is analyzed and compared on the technical.The transmission principle of the mechanism is analyzed,and the basic formula of the mechanism design calculation is proposed,and it is showed through the design example for this kind of ball worm pair.
