摘要

针对齿轮传动系统在复杂工况下轮齿齿面故障的精确诊断困难的问题,提出了基于传动误差法的齿轮故障诊断方法。齿轮轮齿的不同故障将引起系统瞬时传动比发生突变,从而影响齿轮传动系统传动误差的变化。基于传动误差法的齿轮故障诊断方法,通过测量和分析齿轮传动系统的传动误差信号,实现齿轮轮齿凸、凹两类故障的诊断。实验结果表明,该方法对轮齿故障敏感,能够有效地诊断出齿轮传动系统中齿轮存在的凸、凹两类故障。

Abstract

In view of the problem of the difficulty in precise diagnosis of tooth surface fault of gear transmission system under the complicated working conduction,a fault diagnosis method based on transmission error in gear transmission system is proposed.Different gear tooth faults would make the instantaneous transmission ratio change,which affects the transmission errors of the system.The gear fault diagnosis method based on transmission error can diagnose two types of gear tooth failure including convex and concave fault through the measurement and analysis of gear transmission error signal.The experimental results show that the method is sensitive to gear tooth fault and can effectively diagnose the presence of gear faults with convex and concave in gear transmission system.
