自定心中心架用于细长轴类零件,尤其是丝杠、螺杆、曲轴等的机械加工,自定心中心架夹持工件的定心精度直接影响零件的加工精度。以机构学和理论力学为基础设计了一种自定心中心架参数化模型。以轴类零件的外圆磨削为例对中心架的受力情况进行分析计算,以参数化设计和虚拟样机技术相结合的手段对中心架机构进行了仿真分析。仿真结果与理论计算值的一致性好,这为磨床自定心中心架的结构设计和拓扑优化提供了一种新方法。
The self-centering center rest is used in machining slender shaft parts such as lead screw,screw rotor and crankshaft. The machining precision of parts is affected directly by the clamping precision of self-centering center rest. The parametric mechanism model of self-centering center rest is established based on the mechanisms and theoretical mechanics. The load-carrying capability of self-centering rest is calculated by the long lead screw grinding for example. Combined with the parametric design and virtual prototype technology,then the motion simulation of the self-centering rest is analyzed. The simulation data and the theoretical calculation value are good consistency. Thus,a new method of structure design and topology optimization of self-centering center rest is provided.
