      摘要:Based on the material thermodynamics and heat treatment commercial simulation software,and taking the heat treatment process of the half axle gear of the automobile in a certain enterprise into account,the effect of pre-cooling quenching process on the deformation of the half axle gear is explored. The research takes20 Cr Mn Ti half axle gear as the research object,making use of JMat Pro software to establish the performance database of 20 Cr Mn Ti half axle gear and as well as DEFORM software to calculate the quantitative relationship between the process parameters of gear carburizing-quenching and pre-cooling quenching and the deformation after carburizing-quenching of the half axle gear. The study shows that,the overall deformation range of the side gear and the maximum deformation value can be reasonably controlled by selecting the optimized process parameters of gear carburizing-quenching and pre-cooling quenching. As for the half axle gear which studied,the taper of the deformation of the overall shaft hole after heat treatment can be reduced by 12. 9%,and the taper between the tooth end and the shaft end can be reduced by 12. 5%. The DEFORM software is an excellent tool for optimizing the heat treatment process and controlling the heat treatment deformation.

      摘要:The cantilever gearbox and the traditional gearbox have great difference in the structure and the force condition. The resonance mechanical analysis method of traditional gearbox could not get the accurate fatigue position of the gearbox. Taking a type of shearer cutting unit cantilever gearbox as the research object,the statics analysis and local resonance analysis are used to analyze the mechanical characteristics under the internal incentive and cutting load external excitation. The statics analysis takes into account the influence of the axial force,eccentricity and the torque generated by the gear meshing force on the force state of the case. Based on the shearer cutting test,the local resonance analysis is carried out,and the frequency domain characteristics of the vibration signals of several typical cases are obtained,and compared with the natural characteristics of the box. The results show that high stress and large deformation are caused by low frequency impact( quasi static load) and local resonance. Neglecting one of these factors will lead to inaccurate analysis of box fatigue. The research result is in good agreement with the engineering practice.

      摘要:The structure of RV reducer is complex,the vibration signal generated during the operation will be interfered by a lot of random noises due to the vibration excitation source. It will affect the real vibration signal be identified. The wavelet transform theory and the principle of signal recognition analysis and noise reduction analysis are introduced. The vibration signal of domestic SHPR-20 E RV reducer is analyzed based on wavelet transform theory,and signal recognition and noise reduction of vibration signal is analyzed. Through the test and analysis,it is shown that the wavelet transform has a good multi-resolution recognition property in time-frequency domain and can eliminate the noise effectively and extract the fault characteristic information of the signal. It provides a reference value for signal identification and analysis,fault diagnosis and extraction of RV reducer.

      摘要:A 2UPS-RPS-UPU spatial 4-DOF parallel mechanism is introduced. The inverse kinematics equation of 2UPS-RPS-UPU is presented and the speed variation of the driving rod is solved by velocity projection,and the Jacobi matrix of the mechanism is deduced. The dynamics model of the system is established which based on the Lagrange equations of non-conservative system,which lays the foundation for dynamics analysis. A method to solve Lagrange equation with quickness is presented and combining with the equation characteristics,the part of second-order differential of equation will be simplified to the multiplication,and the first order partial differential will simplified solving through the similar method of differential quotient. The results of the derivation is simulated by using Matlab,and the kinematics and dynamics curves of the mechanism with time and interrelationships are plotted. The 3D model is put into ADAMS for simulation,and finally the ADAMS result is in agreement with the Matlab,which verified the correctness and feasibility of the method and also provides the basis for the further study and solving the similar problem. This study is not only helpful for further study of the mechanism,but also has the certain guiding significance for the design,control and character analysis of related type parallel mechanism.

      摘要:A mechanism scheme of main reducing gear of coaxial counter-rotating high-speed helicopter is studied,and a rapid evaluation on the gear power flow for designers is provided. Firstly,the unite analysis method of gear is introduced into the analysis of the helicopter main reducing gear,and the mathematical model of gear is built. Then,all types of power flow of the helicopter main reducing gear are summarized. Finally,the power flow type of the helicopter main reducing gear and the flying state( forward flight state,alter course state,etc) effect on the efficiency are studied.

      摘要:The synchronous accuracy of cable-driven sheaves is a key technology for the rendezvous and docking of two spacecrafts. And how difficult it is guaranteed can be reflected by parameter sensitivity. To obtain parameter sensitivity to transmission error of cable-driven sheaves,a prediction model for their transmission error is firstly built based on cable deformation in their driving process and the factors influencing on transmission error are determined. Then,in view of the complicated nonlinear relations between the parameters and transmission error of the cable-driven sheaves,a method for fitting data with an exponential curve is proposed,by which this model is simplified as relations between the transmission error and single factor. And the equation for parameter sensitivity is established. Finally,the parameter sensitivity effects on transmission error of the cable-driven sheaves are analyzed. This can provide a reference in effective controlling the synchronous accuracy of the spacecraft docking and in improving their assembly efficiency.

      摘要:At present,there are some problems such as large vibration and short service life,and the gear tooth modification is an effective way to improve the vibration and short life of the transmission,and the cost of repair is lower than other methods. Aiming at the problems of high power hydraulic transmission,the gears of the transmission are analyzed by using Romax software. Based on the theoretical and practical experience of the gear profile research at present,the gears are optimized and found to be reasonable and the comprehensive evaluation coefficient is high. By comparing the tooth surface stress distribution and the temperature value before and after the optimization and optimization results are obtained. The results show that the gear transmission error is reduced by the gear profile modification,which makes the tooth load distribution uniform,the maximum contact temperature is reduced and the distribution is more reasonable,which enhances the smoothness of the gear transmission,increases the gear life. The research method can be used for guiding the enterprise production practice.

      摘要:The FT pin-cycloid reducer and RV reducer are new type of pin-cycloid transmission reducer with closed two stage transmission. The both type of reducer has the advantages of more compact structure,high rigidity,low vibration,high efficiency of low speed operation zone and so on. The structure of the two is similar in transmission mode,and the transmission performance is greatly improved compared with the previous generations of reducer and the transmission efficiency is also greatly higher. The FT455-81 prototype and RV-160 E-81-B-B prototype are taken as examples to compare the performance,price and other aspects.The 3D model of the FT and RV reducers is built. Its transmission principle,transmission characteristics and structure are analyzed and compared. The advantages and disadvantages of RV reducer and FT reducer are expounded. The suitable for application of the two reducer is found.

      摘要:RV reducer is a key part of industry robot,its comprehensive performance is closely related to the positioning accuracy of robot. By analyzing the principle of RV reducer measurement,the measurement method of comprehensive parameters of RV reducer is studied,and the measurement and data processing method of each parameters are designed,which can accomplish automated measurement of comprehensive parameters in different RV reducer model. The mechanical structure and hardware system of the measuring instrument are cooperated reliably,and the complicated manual measurement is avoided. Through the error measurement of five items( Include transmission error,rotation error,torsional stiffness,static friction torque and dynamic friction torque),proved the practicability and validity of the measurement method,that provide an effective means for the RV reducer production and processing technology.

      摘要:Taking the MATLAB software as platform,on the premise of considering influence of nonlinear factor such as gear backlash etc on the dynamic performance of system,the digital simulation model of harmonic gear drive is built. The simulation analysis is carried out,the influence rules of the main parameters such as sticky friction coefficient,gear backlash,rigidity coefficient etc on the performance of overall system are confirmed. At the same time,the comparative analysis between simulation data and corresponding experimental data is carried out,to analyze the problem appears in the application of a harmonic gear drive.

      摘要:In the light of the current situation of the training track of rehabilitation training robot,a rehabilitation training robot with variable trajectory is developed for hemiplegia patients. Firstly,the normal gait pattern of human body is explored,combined with the characteristics of gait training trajectory of hemiplegic patients required,the design thought based on four bar mechanism realizing fixed gait trajectory is proposed,and the simulation verification is carried out. On this basis,owing to the failure of the four-bar rehabilitation training device to meet the personalized training needs for different patients in different rehabilitation phase,and the main factors affecting of the movement of the four-bar mechanism are analyzed. Through the comprehensive analysis,a rehabilitation training robot based on two DOF five-bar metamorphic mechanism is designed,and then a prototype production and clinical trials are carried out. The experimental results show that the proposed design of sitting rehabilitation robot is qualified to meet the demands of personalized training of hemiplegic patients.

      摘要:The iterative search method( Newton or Quasi-Newton) is an important numerical method for solving the forward kinematics( FK) problem of parallel mechanisms. Due to the extremely displacement singularity in the limbs,the search space is easy to be out of the mechanism workspace,which causes failed in solving the FK problem of the class of 2 RUS/2 RRS mechanism. Taking the plane series branch as an example,the equivalent method of eliminating the extremely displacement singularity is given,and the 2 RUS/2 RRS mechanism is equivalent to a 2 UPS/2 RPS mechanism. Based on the relationship between the angular velocity and the Euler’s derivative,the 4 × 4 Jacobian matrix is gotten through the virtual mechanism method. The Jacobian matrix of the initial pose of the equivalent mechanism can be taken as the approximate initial value of the Quasi-Newton method,which can reduce the calculation and improve the computational efficiency. The FK problem of 2 RUS/2 RRS are numerically verified by inverse Broyden algorithm in Quasi-Newton method.

      摘要:Based on energy approach and finite element simulation software,theoretical analysis and finite element verification are carried out for Concentric permanent magnetic planetary Gear( CPMPG). Through designing the model parameters of CPMPG,analyzing the magnetic density in air gap and calculating the overall transmission ratio and torque,the proposed CPMPG structure can effectively improve the transmission ratio of the concentric permanent magnetic gear. Although the dynamic torque density of the proposed structure is slightly lower than the static torque density,it is still much higher than the permanent magnetic motor,which verifies the validity and practicability of the proposed structure.

      摘要:The heat convection of friction plate with oil film comprehensive is taken into account,the mixed friction process thermal structural coupling physical model of friction plate is established for simulation,the temperature field and stress field of friction plate with radial grooves during mixed friction process are simulated by using finite element method. The groove width and depth on the temperature field and stress filed of the friction plate are comparatively analyzed under the same conditions. The research results show that the temperature in the groove of the friction plate is much lower than that of the contact regions,and the center of the contact regions present a hot spot with higher temperature,the friction plate temperature decreases with the increase of the groove width,and first lower and then increased with the increase of the groove depth. The research results have engineering and theoretical guiding value for the prediction of the temperature field and stress field during the operation process of the hydro-viscous clutch and the design of the friction plate.

      摘要:The reliability of planetary gear transmission is mainly determined by load-sharing characteristics between the planetary wheels. The study on the load-sharing characteristics of planetary gear train is carried out based on the nonlinear finite element method. Taking the controlled start transmission( CST) planetary gear transmission part used for scraper conveyors as study object,the dynamics simulation of the planetary transmission is carried out by ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The curves of dynamic contact force and the frequency spectrum of each meshing pair are obtained. The influences of load-sharing measures,impact load,inertia load,rotating speed and contact parameters on the load-sharing characteristics are analyzed. The contrast study show that both the center external gear and the planetary frame floating improves the system load characteristics remarkably. The impact load and speed increases make the load distribution between planetary wheels more uneven. The light of the planet carrier can make the load distribution among the planetary wheels more uniform.

      摘要:A novel flexible restrict reducer is proposed. This reducer is a two stages conical cylindrical gear reducer. The setting element of conical gear and cylindrical gear is pre-tighten belleville spring. There is no axial movement of the gears while the gear axial force is lower than the spring force,the location is accuracy.On the contrary,the spring deforms for absorbing energy to avoid permanent deformation applied by direct axial force. The 3 D model of the flexible restrict reducer is built by UG 8. 0 and the transient dynamics analysis under specified load is carried out by the ANSYS Work Bench. The theoretical feasibility of flexible restrict reducer is verified by the simulation result.

      摘要:Aiming at discontinuity and cusp problem of pitch curves for non-circular gear pairs,based on the closed condition of pitch curve and transmission ratio function for non-circular gear,modification model of pitch curve design defects for non-circular gear is established. A modification factor is introduced into modification model to avoid effectively discontinuity of pitch curve. Based on geometrical relationship between points lied in pitch curve and its osculating circle,modification models for concave cusp and convex cusp of pitch curve are established respectively. The points lied in osculating circle are considered as interpolation points,the tangency points between osculating circle and pitch curve is boundary conditions of spline interpolation,cusp of pitch curve is modified by using numerical interpolation method. The results indicate that design deficiency such as pitch curve for high-order Achimedean spiral gear pair can be amended quickly by the algorithm,while it is exactly.

      摘要:In view of the difficult problem of robotic climbing,a new mobile system design plan of deformable wheel climbing obstacle-surmounting robot is proposed. According to the force analysis of the deformable wheels,the robot motion model is constructed and the model is solved by geometric relation. Combining with the shape of the common obstacles,such as staircase,the comprehensive scale of the deformable wheel climbing obstacle-surmounting robot is analyzed. And the robot can realize the switch of the circle wheels and deformable wheels. Finally,a prototype test is made successfully. The result of the test shows that the deformable wheel of the robot has high motility and strong crossing obstacle ability,and the robot can adapt to a variety of complex road conditions.

      摘要:The mechanical cranes used widely in industrial and scientific research,but the traditional mechanical cranes can only achieve horizontal balance. A new type of space-position full-balanced mechanical crane composed of multi-parallel quadrilateral rods is presented. It doesn’t need to add other power sources to complete the horizontal and vertical decoupling motion,offset the total load basically,and reach the whole space-position equilibrium. The velocity characteristics are analyzed by the method of velocity instantaneous center,and the simulation verification is carried out by using the ADAMS. The input force performance analysis of the full-balanced mechanical crane is carried out by using the principle of virtual work and simulated by using Matlab,and the full-balanced capacity of space position of the mechanical cranes is verified. The device provides a theoretical basis for the design of smart handling machinery.

      摘要:A new vibration testing method is introduced to measure three directional vibration of the harmonic reducer used in industrial robot. To simulate the working state of industrial robot,the harmonic reducer loading device is designed. In the case of loading,the vibration of a harmonic reducer in three direction is measured. The time domain statistics and frequency domain analysis are carried out for the measured data. The experimental data is used to evaluate the vibration performance,analyze the vibration characteristics of the harmonic reducer,and determine the cause of the vibration abnormality. The research results show that the presented measuring method is helpful to monitor the vibration performance of the harmonic reducer,and control the quality of the product.

      摘要:The gearbox of rack test for the Three Gorges ship lift is low speed heavy duty four stages transmission,and need frequent fast reversing operation in the process of test,due to the influence of the gear meshing backlash,elastic torsional deformation of shaft and elastic deformation of gear tooth and other factors,the operation performance of gearbox will be changed during reversing process,especially the output speed and torque. In order to analyze the influence on the transmission performance of gearbox,the calculation models of the influence of the gear meshing backlash and the elastic torsional deformation of the shaft on the rotational speed are setup respectively,the output speed of the gearbox in the reversing process is calculated and compared with the output speed of gearbox measured by experiment,which verifies the accuracy of the calculation model and the test data.

      摘要:The FT Pin-cycloid drive is a new double-stage driving structure. In order to design and develop the reducer in the future,a relatively convenient parametric modeling and assembly scheme is provided,taking Creo3. 0 as platform,the 3 D parametric model of parts and components is established,the feature parameters in the model are related to each other,the assembly around benchmark is reasonable selection,a virtual prototype is established. When the characteristic parameters of the model are changed,the assembly relation is invariable,and the correctness of assembly is determined through the model verification. It is convenient for the designer to operate.

      摘要:By using the LTCA analysis of involute gear,gear tooth deformation and stiffness curve with load is obtained. Then a study of the effect on meshing stiffness of drum shape modification across of gear width and lead misalignment is carried out by using of slicing method. A convenient method of analyzing and calculating gear deformation curve is proposed,and to be used for obtaining the gear transmission error curve and contact pattern analysis for gear with profile modification and width modification. It is clear that this result is helpful for gear transmission error,the contact state analysis and modification optimization,this method is verified by Romax,an commercial software for gear transmission analyzing.

      摘要:The three-dimensional feeding manipulator is studied to improve working efficiency after meeting the requirements of the operation,and the trajectory planning and optimization with the optimal execution time are put forward. The trajectory is planned by B-spline curve and the execution time of manipulator working is optimized by multi-parent genetic algorithm. The optimization model of shortest time of the manipulator is established once a time,which takes joint angular velocity,joint acceleration and joint impact as the optimal constraint. To test the model,some simulation and experiment are conducted by 11 key trajectory points,and the simulation result show that the optimization method can improve the working efficiency under the premise of satisfying the job requirement. The algorithm is verified with test-bed,it shows that the experiment result is consistence with the simulation result. This method has a significance of the study on the trajectory planning of the three dimensional feeding manipulator.

      摘要:Aiming at the inverse solution problem of the kinematics of dual-arm service robot,a inverse kinematics solution is proposed according to its configuration characteristics. Firstly,according to the structure characteristics of the manipulator,the forward kinematics model of dual-arm is got by using the method of standard DH modeling. A group of completely generalized coordinates is obtained by inverse transformation method of manipulator posture matrix using Euler angles. Then,the inverse kinematics of dual-arm6 R robot is solved by geometrical method and coordinate projection method. After analysis and calculation,the closed solutions of 8 groups can be obtained,and the optimal solution is selected. Finally,a 3 D simulation platform is established to verify the correctness of inverse kinematics based on MATLAB,and it lays the foundation for the trajectory planning and collision avoidance of manipulator.

      摘要:The transmission accuracy of RV reducer is mainly affected by the precision of the cycloidal drive,and the performance of the whole machine is directly affected by the dynamics state of the cycloidal gear and the pinwheel. Taking the RV-40 E reducer as the research object,and the three-dimensional model of the cycloidal gear and the pinwheel is built. By using the finite element method,modal analysis is conducted to get the natural frequency and vibration mode at each order of the cycloidal gear and the pinwheel in two working conditions. The results show that it is easy to cause the resonance deformation of cycloid gear and pinwheel when the meshing frequency of cycloidal gear is 1 820 Hz. And that the flange part area of the cycloidal gear and the area connecting pinwheel with the skeleton oil seal are more sensitive to produce deformation. Increase the pinwheel flange radius and adding ribs out of the skeleton oil seal can improve the pinwheel natural frequency to avoid resonance. Adding ribs for cycloidal gear can’t avoid the meshing frequency. Replacing the material of cycloidal gear and selecting the GCr15 with greater modulus of elasticity can make the cycloidal gear avoid the meshing frequency and avoid resonance. Modal analysis results of optimized cycloidal gear and pinwheel provide a theoretical basis of the following dynamics analysis of RV reducer.

      摘要:The finishing process of heavy-duty gears of a kind of mine is carried out by using the vertical cross spindle gear grinding and finishing process. The processing effect of the method on the tooth root is studied emphatically. The tooth surface roughness and micro-appearance contrast is carried out. The experimental results show that the roughing process can significantly reduce the tooth surface roughness at the tooth root position,and the Ra value is reduced from 0. 7 μm to about 0. 2 μm on the basis of grinding,the roughness increased by 1 to 2 level and the Rz value is from 3. 0 μm down to about 1. 0 μm,while the tooth surface processing knife marks,microscopic defects and other basic removal. Compared with the cyclotron roller finishing method,the new technology can make the gear live better tooth surface quality.

      摘要:Aiming at the designed 5-DOF manipulator,the forward kinematics model is established by using D-H method,and the closed expression of inverse kinematics is obtained by using the inverse transformation method and geometry method. By solving the inverse solution of the path points on the target trajectory,the inverse kinematics simulation is carried out by MATLAB. The two groups of the inverse solution are planed trajectory respectively,and the same trajectory is obtained,the relationship and its correctness between the kinematics equation of the joint angle is verified. On this basis,the polynomial fitting of a set of inverse solutions satisfying the joint angle range is carried out,and adopted sectional fitting method to reduce the degree of polynomial and the error,the analytical expression of the joint variable about the time t is obtained,the fitting result is accurate,achieves real-time control of the input gear easily. The method in a mechanism simulation is verified by Solid Works,the correctness of the analytical expression is proved.

      摘要:In the process of the metallographic examination,Q235 B hot-rolled raw material appeared the troostite on the sub-surface of the sprocket after being carburized quenched. The binding force between the surface and the substrate is significantly reduced by this layer due to the microcracks at the junction of the two.In addition,the impact resistance and fatigue strength of the sprocket are also affected. The reason for the formation of the troostite is found by the experiment and the improvement is conducted. The troostite produced in quenching is eliminated and the overall performance of the sprocket is enhanced.

      摘要:With the upgrading of environmental protection requirements and the development of automobile industry technology,more and more high demanding work focus on the improvement of automobile energy use.The fuel consumption especially for NEDC cycle is affected greatly by the transmission efficiency. An experimental study on the transmission efficiency improvement base on using of different type of lubricant is presented. The effect of the variables of input speed,input torque,and gear position on the efficiency is compared throughout the transmission performance testing and analyzing. The experiment study shows that the selecting optimized lubricant numbered with 2 has a noticeable improving on the transmission efficiency with an insignificant difference in the viscosity compared to the based type of lubricant. There is some difference between different gear positions in transmission efficiency,although in the improvement of efficiency the results are almost unchanged when it is replaced with different type of lubricant. It is showed that the input torque has a negative effect on the improvement for different type of lubricant because of the transmission efficiency increasing with the torque increasing. It is also showed that an average improvement of 2 percent point on the transmission efficiency as well as 3% improvement on the fuel consumption of NEDC cycle when selecting optimized lubricant numbered with 2 used in the vehicle test.

      摘要:The FLANN( Fast library for approximate nearest neighbors) algorithm is used to match the detected SURF( Speeded up robust features) descriptors. The obtained key points are iteratively sorted,and the RANSAC( Random sample consensus) algorithm is used to extract the matching points for two times. The gray difference algorithm is used to extract the defective region after the matrix transformation registration,using the Otsu threshold method to segment the image and the characteristics of defect area domain are analyzed,which uses the Otsu threshold method to segment the image. The results show that the method is superior to the traditional detection algorithm in detecting speed and range. So it has positive research significance and value in on-line inspection of small module plastic gear industry.

      摘要:Aiming at the problem that the fault information of rolling bearing is weak and the characteristic frequency is difficult to be identified under strong noise environment,the method of fault diagnosis based on the ensemble local mean decomposition( ELMD) and the maximum correlated kurtosis deconvolution( MCKD) is proposed,and it is used to handle the bearing fault vibration signal. Firstly,the original data is decomposed into a set of product functions( PF) by ELMD. Then,each PF component is subjected to noise reduction processing by MCKD. Finally,the PF component of each noise reduction is obtained by finding the envelope spectrum,so as to find the fault characteristic frequency of the bearing in the envelope. In order to verify the effectiveness of ELMD-MCKD in detecting faults,a series of bearing failure simulation experiments are carried out.The results show that the proposed method of ELMD-MCKD can improve the accuracy of bearing fault identification and can be used in fault diagnosis in practical application.

      摘要:The chain has wide applications in engineering community. The test results and field application show that the main failure mode of the chain is fatigue fracture of the chain plate. The analysis of the chain plate parts P-S-N curve is very important for reliability study of the chain. Due to such good characteristics as time-saving and low cost by the avoided fatigue test,the theoretical P-S-N curve of the chain plate is convenient for application to engineering. The theoretical method of the chain plate parts P-S-N curve is presented the,and the life prediction of the chain is carried out based on the theoretical P-S-N curve of the chain plate. By comparing the analysis results and the conventional design principle of the chain,the feasibility of the proposed theoretical method of the chain plate parts P-S-N curve is verified.

      摘要:Students in general can’t use high-power electrical appliances to dry clothes. And there is a few defects in the existing research on manpower machinery in the design of human waste drum. A new type of transmission device which can freely change the transmission ratio named cone shaped winding shaft is designed innovatively. And it is applied to the overall design of the foot-type drying barrel. Through the analysis of the taper movement process and the prototype of the test,the results show that it is feasible to apply the cone shaped winding shaft to the pedal,the work efficiency is improved dramatically. The performance of the drying barrel is optimized and easy to use. The restrictions on high-power electricity is relieved. It has large application value for the students group and the persons committed to energy conservation and environmental protection.

      摘要:In order to verify the components strength of slat sector gear transmission mechanism,moreover improve its service life,transmission stability and transmission accuracy,the loading and control method of slat sector gear transmission mechanism testing is analyzed according to the development and production demand of a certain type aircraft slat sector gear transmission mechanism. The test equipment of slat sector gear transmission mechanism is developed by using the principle of motion similarity and dynamic similarity,and the equipment adopted closed loop control and hydraulic loading. The static strength test and delivery running-in of the slat sector gear transmission mechanism are carried out by this equipment,and the results of these works are good.The requirements of running-in and relevant test is satisfied.

      摘要:In order to improve the safety of underground transportation of mine electric locomotive,the existing hand wheel brake shoe brake device is analyzed. Aiming at the shortage of braking performance,a kind of pneumatic ventilated disc brake device is proposed. Referring to the formula and theory of train traction braking,the braking performance is verified by calculation. At the same time,the braking process is simulated and analyzed by the finite element software Abaqus,the temperature field distribution nephogram and the temperature variation curve of the corresponding node are obtained. Finally,the test is carried out. The results show that the braking device can improve the braking performance of mine electric locomotive effectively,shorten the braking distance,and can meet the requirements of MT/T 1064—2008 technical conditions. It provides the basis for the improvement of the braking device of the mine electric locomotive in the future,and has certain application value.
