      摘要:In order to predict the temperature of the dry dual clutch system and avoid it exceeding safety margin. An temperature calculation model which is suitable for real time controller is developed. A thermodynamic analysis on the simplified model of the clutch system is carried out by employing lumped parameters method. Then a discrete mathematical model of temperature calculation is built. According to the mathematical model,temperature of each node could be calculated. The comparison results show that the model has the high accuracy and satisfies the requirement of engineering calculation,it can provide required data for the control system based on the temperature.

      摘要:In connection with the problem that it is difficult to get the accurate fatigue life of BEV transmission gears because of lacking for established load spectrum,based on instantaneous road conditions UDDS conditions,taking vehicle parameters as input,by using simulation modeling method,a method of obtaining contact stress- time of BEV two speed transmission gears is proposed finally. A new calculation method of contact stress is proposed through analyzing stress features of gear,the fatigue load spectrum is obtained by using the new method,the contact fatigue life of BEV two speed transmission gears is predicted based on the nominal stress method and fatigue cumulative damage theory finally. The results show that calculated fatigue life value of gears satisfies the designed fatigue life of BEV transmission.

      摘要:The tooth profile error is one important individual errors of gear,with wide use of the coordinate measuring machine in gear measurement,the Cartesian coordinate measuring method is becoming more and more widely applied in gear error measurement field. The tooth profile error evaluation method is taken as research subject,the tooth profile error measurement and evaluation methods in the Cartesian coordinate system are systematic researched. The whole process of tooth profile error measurement is introduced,which includes the establishment of gear workpiece coordinate system,tooth profile measurement path planning,and tooth profile error evaluation. The tooth profile error evaluation methods are detailed analyzed and compared,including geometric tooth profile error evaluation method,formula tooth profile error evaluation method and sliding tooth profile error evaluation method,then their algorithm accuracies and efficiencies are compared. The experimental results show that three profile error evaluation algorithms are up to 1 × 10-14 level in aspect of accuracy. In aspect of measurement efficiency,the geometric profile error evaluation method is the lowest,formula profile error evaluation method is the highest,and efficiency rate is up to 94 times on the condition of 500 000 measurement points. So the formula profile error evaluation method is recommended in the practical application.

      摘要:The full numerical solutions of transient micro- elastohydrodynamic lubrication of the cycloid pinwheel transmission are derived to take into account the variation of equivalent radii,entrainment velocity and load of meshing points by means of the multi- grid method,and the influence of single roughness peak and valley of meshed surfaces on this lubrication is studied. The results show that compared with smooth surface,the oil pressure changes significantly,yet it has little effect on the oil film thickness. Besides,there are different performances between roughness peak and valley obviously.

      摘要:Aiming at the problems that the large thrust of erecting mechanism and the high demand on carrying capacity of cylinder,the virtual prototype model is established by using the ADAMS software,the method of setting the size of the contact force to detect motion interference is proposed. Using the method,that joints pivot is parameterized,the maximum erecting force is regard as the objective function,the layout of joints pivot is optimized,the maximum force of electric cylinders in the erecting process is reduced. Aiming at the characteristics that its force is complicated and the stress distributed unbalanced in erecting process,the flexibility analysis on the stress of the triangular arm at the initial stage and the intermediate stage are carried out. The lightweight of the triangular arm is carried out by using topology optimization,so as to reducing the structural weight and the cost is saved.

      摘要:The finite element method is applied to calculate the modal and vibration response of a reducer shell,and the acoustic responses of acoustic radiation power of reducer shell,air vibration velocity distribution of shell surface,sound pressure level distribution in the far field and sound pressure level in the far field point are obtained based on the modal acoustic transfer vector( MATV) technology,the application method of MATV on the reducer shell acoustic radiation prediction are showed. Through the modal acoustic contribution analysis,the method of structure optimization to reduce noise radiation is determined. Meanwhile,the shell surface air velocity distributions provides a way of pasting damping materials in reducing the reducer shell acoustic radiation.

      摘要:A test device of torsional stiffness and hysteresis of the harmonic drive reducer are described and its experimental study is carried out. The output shaft of the harmonic gear is fixed,one- way gradual change torque is applied to the input shaft and a protractor instrument is applied to measure the rotation angle of the input shaft. To deal with measurement data,the hysteresis curve equation of input shaft is fitted by using the data. Through many times measurement experiments,the test result show that the hysteresis curve equation and several actual measurement error below 3. 8%. According to the results of different load torque value,the hysteresis of harmonic gear primarily is caused by deformation of flexspline lag,all parts of the manufacturing,installation errors and the clearance between the transmission chain.

      摘要:A novel 2- UPS + 2- RPU over- constraint parallel manipulator( PM) is proposed. The two RPU legs of this PM provide four constraints whereas two of them are over- constraints due to the particular arrangement of the joints in RPU legs. Firstly,the constraint forces are analyzed on the basis of the screw theory and the velocity constraint equation of this PM is established,and based on this,the degree of freedom of this PM is analyzed. Secondly,the geometric constraint equations of this PM are established,and the inverse displacement analysis model is provided by using analytical methods. Then,the elastic deformation of the limb is analyzed with the limb constraint wrenches based on calculating deformation and superposition principle at small strain,and the stiffness matrix of the limb constraint wrenches is defined. Finally,the relationship between outer loads and both the line displacement and the angle displacement of the moving platform is set up,and then the matrices of flexibility and stiffness are obtained. It is found that the constrained force / torques have a major influence on the stiffness and elastic deformation of limited- DOF over- constraint PMs,and the elastic deformation are mainly in the axial direction of the constrained force / torques.

      摘要:A circular search algorithm for solving the spatial boundary of the planar parallel robot is proposed which is based on the iterative search method,and its flexibility index is analyzed. A series of boundary points for the workspace of the 3- RRR planar robot are determined by using the circular search algorithm depending on the existence of the inverse solution of the system. The results are consistent with the results by using geometric method. The restricted,dimension consistent Jacobian matrix can be obtained by using the speed of the end effector to represent the movement of the mechanism,which can measure the flexibility of the planar parallel robot,and with help of the Matlab graphics,the new Jacobi condition number distribution in the working space is intuitively reflected. According to the obtained Jacobian matrix,the more accurate flexibility indexes can be got.

      摘要:A statics analysis model of the transmission system is established for the power split- torque transmission system of double input cylindrical gear,the factors of the meshing deformation of the gear pair,lateral deformation of a gear centre,duplicate gear shaft torsional deformation,gear installation error and support stiffness are considered in the model. According to the equilibrium conditions of force and moment,and the characteristic of the closed loop structure,the deformation coordination condition of the system,the statics equilibrium equation of the system is established and the branch load sharing coefficients are obtained. At the same time,the effects of the installation error,installation angle,duplicate gear shaft torsional stiffness on the load sharing coefficient are investigated. The results show that the error has a cumulative effect and the load sharing coefficient increases significantly when the error is increased,and the effect of errors of synthesized torque stages on load sharing coefficient is more than split torque stages. In this set of parameters,the load sharing coefficient is equal when input installation angle is about 166°. Reducing the duplicate gear shaft torsional stiffness is helpful to improve the load sharing performance. Furthermore,rational allocation installation angle of split torque stages and difference of duplicate gear shaft torsional stiffness are conducive to further improve the load sharing performance.

      摘要:The cylindrical gear with arc tooth trace is a novel cylindrical gear with the features of good meshing performance,large overlap coefficient,smooth transmission,low noise,high efficiency,long service life and so forth. It can make up the deficiency of the existing gear transmission pairs. In order to further study its characteristic,the tooth surface equation is deduced according to the processing principle of rotationary cutter for the cylindrical gear with arc tooth trace and meshing principle. Also,in order to improve the modeling efficiency,the parametric three- dimensional modeling of the rotating disk method is completed based on the secondary development technology. This provides the correct 3D model for the following simulation analysis.

According to the structure and motion characteristic of the automatic folding stage,the control method of the mechanical and electrical is given to ensure the stage operation is safety and orderly.       摘要:In order to detect the large application of heating vertical needle pipe using in petrochemical,refinery industry,a kind of crawling mechanism which can solve the slender and needle pipes measurement is designed. A single driven wheel to stick on the way is used in the robot walking system,a pair of scissors hand structure is applied to adapt the change of pipe diameter between 50 90 mm. The dynamics analysis equation of the robot is listed,the best range of angle α between the center line and the horizontal line of the main driving wheel and the main wheel is obtained,the crawling system has the advantages of anti deviation,adjusting the different pipe diameter and the structure is simple.

      摘要:In view of the poor stability and remarkably rapier vibration of the existing weft insertion mechanism of carbon fiber multilayer loom which result from rapier motion acceleration volatility. Through increasing one more meshing gear and setting appropriate phase differences between the gears combining with reducing the module of the meshing gears,the dynamic characteristics of the mechanism are improved effectively. Using the MSC- ADAMS software,the different module,different number of gears and different phrase between gears meshing with rack are simulated and analyzed. The simulation shows that by changing the form of two same phrase gear transmission into the form of two different phrase gear transmission,the dynamic performance can be improved somehow,but it’s not effectively in case of relatively large module. The presented method is effectively improving the dynamic stability of the mechanism. The amplitude of the acceleration at each frequency is reduced by an average of 25%.

      摘要:Based on the Boolean subtraction operation and curve fitting technology,a digital modeling method for variable ratio rack is put forward. This method,to a certain extent,makes up for the disadvantages that the Boolean subtraction operation modeling method is inaccuracy. According to the variable ratio curve,generating cutting process of the gear is simulated,and the variable ratio rack initial model are established based on Boolean subtraction operation. By extracting the approximation of the tooth profile point and fitting these tooth profile points with different number of polynomial,the variable ratio rack 3D model is generated by modeling software. The dynamic characteristic simulation analysis of the repaired variable ratio rack is carried out by different number of polynomial,with the aim to measure the dynamic transmission error percentage and acceleration of variable ratio gear pair. The effectiveness of this method is verified by the comparison analysis results.

      摘要:According to the design criterion of V belt wheel,by using the Pro / E parametric design,through the relationship,parameters and program development tools of Pro / E,the 3D model of the V belt wheels is designed. According to the different sizes and work requirements,input corresponding parameter values,the standard 3D model of V belt wheel can be easily designed and realized parametric design of V belt wheel. The 3D model of V belt wheel can export the CAD graphics,undertake assembly and import model to other software for motion simulation and dynamics analysis. Through the parametric design of V belt wheel,the design time is saved,the design process is simplified,the working efficiency is improved.

      摘要:Aiming at a 7R manipulator with link offset at the shoulder,the forward position solution model is established by suing D- H method and the model is solved. Based on this,the workspace is studied and analyzed with Monte- Carlo method and the robotic workspace is drawn in Matlab software,meanwhile,the result is validated with geometric method. The result shows that Monte- Carlo method in solving the workspace of manipulator has its effectiveness and effectiveness,and it provides the reference for similar multi- joint manipulator.

      摘要:Focus on the problem exiting in the key rotating parts of the worm gear drive on MAX DOAS,the multi- objective optimization model is established,the objective functions is transformed into the evaluation function by using the linear weighted sum method. The objective functions weight coefficient is determined according to importance of demand in engineering application technology. The multi- objective optimization problem is solved and the optimization structure is analyzed to verify the reasonability of the optimization results in one kind of engineering application environment through scientific computing software. The results show that the optimized structure can achieve the design requirements,and the reasonability of the optimization method is proved.

      摘要:In order to fulfill glue pot lifting device precise positioning operation within YB49 type cigarette packer,by using the kinematic characteristic of the anti- parallel crank mechanism,the accurate mathematical model of glue pot lifting device is created. The kinetic simulation for the lifting device is carried out by ADAMS parametric design and the sensitivity of the angular rotation function which are received by the simulation would be evaluated and analyzed. The optimization of parameter calculation is carried out with the sequential quadratic programming method in ADAMS and in the end the appropriate size of the mechanism is concluded after the bar lengths of the mechanism and angles are corrected. Finally,the result is approved to be accurate and reliable in the real sample device. The down time of the packer is shortened and the production rate is increased.

      摘要:Aiming at the problem of the largest quasi- velocity and quasi- acceleration of the polynomial motion law of only considering the boundary conditions,the lift profile of the cam follower is divided into two single convex spline curve,the sensitive parameters that affects the acceleration curve and the control point that can control the acceleration curve in the spline boundary point are found by studying the quasi- displacement curve,the one mapping quasi- velocity graph and the quadratic mapping quasi- acceleration graph. The method of symbolic- graphic combination are used to establish the parametric model of polynomial motion law of the lift profile of the symmetrical cam follower and the optimal standard displacement equation are obtained in different conditions by this model. Taking the optimal standard displacement equation as the motion law of the cam follower lift curve,the designers can obtain the cam curve meeting the requirement of minimum lift acceleration of follower in the condition of just knowing the pushing angle and lift range.

      摘要:In order to investigate the torque transmitting ability of the innovative Movable- teeth CVT( i MCVT),its construction and principle are analyzed,and then,a comparative analysis with the torque transmitting ability of the metal belt continuously variable transmission which is based on friction transmission is carried out. Lastly,the transmission efficiency test platform is set up to investigate the relationship between the transmission efficiency and the transmission torque of the i MCVT under three conditions. The results show that when the i MCVT operating stable under three conditions, the transmission torque could reach to about 220 N·m. When the transmission torque is at 180 220 N·m,the i MCVT transfer stably and the transmission efficiency is high. Compared with the metal belt continuously variable transmission,the torque transmitting ability of i MCVT is stronger,and still could keep the high transmission efficiency of 92% when transferring the high torque.

      摘要:In order to solve the tooth payload distribution and gear strength numerical simulation. Based on precise finite element model of gear,under two kinds of typical load contact condition of the static / quasi static load and dynamic contact load,the gear strength is simulated,and the conclusions are draw by comparison. 1The load is linear distribution along the contact line before running in and parabolic distribution after running- in,the influence of and the gear surface hardness,running- in effect and gear end stiffness effect on the load distribution are considered in numerical simulation of gear strength,and the simulation value is bigger than others. It is suitable for the numerical simulation of the gear strength before and after running- in. 2The stable running status gear is simulated under static payload conditions,the tooth root maximum stress values are close to the calculated values of empirical formulas. It is suitable for high precision gear strength numerical simulation. 3Due to the influence of shock effect,tooth surface friction is considered in the dynamic contact load gear strength numerical simulation,the simulation value is bigger than the calculated value of empirical formulas. It is suitable for the numerical simulation of the gear meshing impact. 4The stress concentration effect,gear tooth end face stiffness effect and the continuity of the elastomer force field are validated.

      摘要:Taking the contact characteristic of the arc segment metal block with metal belt type continuously variable transmission as study object,the mathematical model and finite element model are established.The results show that the numerical solution of the stress and deformation is basically the same as that of the analytical solution,but the numerical value is higher,the reason is that the contact area of the metal block is reduced. With the increase of the thickness of the metal block,the compressive stress decreases gradually in the z direction,but the rate is very fast,it meets to Saint Venant principle. This study lays a theoretical foundation for the optimization of metal block structure and so on.

      摘要:Based on the argument that transmission system parameter is a big consequence on electric vehicle dynamic performance,a parameter matching of electric vehicle is researched,which is aiming at vehicle dynamic performance and combining with the structure arrangement of transmission system. The integrated software Optimum lap with ADVISOR,the simulated model of transmission system is established by using second-level development,and the acceleration time test is conducted in straight roads,the strategy of parameter matching is validated by the simulation and experimental.

      摘要:The dynamic characteristic is one of the most important performances of the dynamic simulation test bench for automobile transmission. Combining with the CATIA,ADAMS and MATLAB,the multi- body dynamics equation and the dynamics model of the transmission test bed are established. On these foundations,the dynamic response evaluation index of the transmission test bench in the time domain is presented. The dynamic response multi- objective optimization model of the transmission test- bed is established with the evaluation index of rise time,stability time and overshoot,and the simulation analysis and optimization are carried out. Otherwise,the dynamic response model of the transmission test bench is established and the dynamic response is analyzed and optimized in the frequency domain. The results show that the smaller the rotational inertia of the system,the bigger the rigidity and the damping ratio is conducive to the dynamic characteristics of system. Compared with the pre- optimization,the overshoot is reduced by 19. 1%,rise time decreases by5. 56%,peak time decreased by 17%,stable time decreased by 40. 7%,the dynamic characteristic of the system is greatly improved.

      摘要:The series periodic mechanism has mistuned dynamic response and peculiarity. The series mechanism model is set up based on theory and method of multi- body dynamics. The mistuned mechanism modeling method is proposed and mistuned dynamic responses of a normal series periodic mechanism such as solar panel deployable mechanism under the stochastic mistuning is simulated. The results show that mistuned dynamic responses are common in series periodic mechanism. While rigid series periodic mechanism has localization of mistuned dynamic responses.

      摘要:Based on a torsional- transverse coupling model of a 2K- H spur planetary gear,the formula of vibration energy of the planetary gear transmission system is derived. The strain energy and kinetic energy of vibration of the planetary gear are calculated for four planetary gears under the operation condition,in which the ring gear is fixed. The distribution characteristic of vibration energy of the planetary gear is summarized. Without considering friction and damping of the planetary gear,the law of transmission of vibration energy of the planetary gear is obtained at the same and different orders of vibration.

      摘要:The relative friction surface in the process of the heavy duty gear transmission will generate a lot of heat cause tooth surface temperature rising,increased stress,reduced reliability,but the heat flow boundary load area can’t be precisely determined by using indirect coupling method. By using the direct- coupled method,the gear heat- structure coupling analysis is carried out,the gear dynamic temperature field and stress distribution are got,and the influence of the friction factor,relative speed,gear modulus on coupling effect are discussed. The results show that the influence of gear modulus on engagement temperature,thermal stress is greater,when the large modulus gear design,the heat- structure coupling effect need to be considered.

      摘要:There is no mature test methods of transmission accuracy for precise reducers that are usually used in robot. Based on existing standards and the analysis of applications,the test methods of transmission error,hysteresis error,backlash and torsional stiffness is discussed. The feasible measuring and data processing methods are proposed. A test rig is constructed and three contrast tests are completed for verification of the methods.

      摘要:Aiming at the problem that the roller bearings early fault features are faint that difficult to be effectively identified,a fault diagnosis method of roller bearing based on hybrid feature set and weighted K- nearest- neighbor( KNN) is proposed. Firstly,those early fault features of roller bearing are calculated based on the signal processing method in time domain,frequency domain and time- frequency domain to construct hybrid feature set. Then,those hybrid feature set are inputted into weighted K- nearest- neighbor for roller bearing early fault identification. The experimental results show that this proposed rolling bearing fault diagnosis method can effectively extract more sensitive early fault features,and the structure is stable,the diagnosis precision is high. It can be applied in the roller bearing real- time on- line monitoring.

      摘要:In order to achieve tooth surface digital design and direct machining process for Oerlikon cycloid bevel gear,the machine setting calculation and meshing simulation software is developed based on VC and MATLAB software platform. The software system not only includes geometry parameter calculation,cutter head parameter calculation and machine setting parameter calculation,but also can complete tooth surface numerical simulation,tooth mismatch analysis and tooth contact analysis. The example indicates that the accurate machine setting parameter can be acquired quickly by using the developed software,and it will provide theoretical guide for cycloid bevel gears machining.

      摘要:In order to solve the processing problem of the variable ratio gear( also called variable ratio gear sector),a machining method based on generation method is put forward. Combining the transmission theory and the meshing movement characteristics of the variable ratio gear and rack,the machining method for the variable ratio gear is presented and the theory formulas related to the processing of the variable ratio gear by generation method are deduced. In CATIA environment,after establishing rack model conforming to the design parameters of the involute rack and finishing the virtual assembly of the gear pair,the simulating processing of the variable ratio gear by generation method is realized,and the profile modification is carried out. Besides,simulation verification of the variable ratio gear and rack is implemented in ADAMS and the feasibility of this method is verified by the contrastive analysis of the transmission ratio curve got by simulation and the designed transmission ratio curve.

      摘要:To solve the problems that theoretical flow calculation of cycloidal rotor pump is complicated and the accuracy of empirical formula is low,the parametric modeling technique is introduced into the calculation of the flow rate of cycloidal pump based on Creo / parametric. The parametric model of the end face of the pump chamber is established. And the displacement of the pump is calculated by establishing the measurement characteristic. By comparison with theoretical displacement,the conclusion that the accuracy of the parametric model is higher than the empirical formula is verified. According to the integral principle,the accumulation model of the change of the cavity surface in the meshing movement is established. By sensitivity analysis,The curve of the cavity end face change rate to the rotor movement angle is established. And the flow curve is obtained. By comparison with theoretical flow curve,the correctness of the curve is verified.

      摘要:According to the principle of generation method and the case of Y38 hobbing machine spare wheels,the feasibility of the machining of few tooth gear with tooth number less than eight by using Y38 hobbing machine is theoretically analyzed. On the basis of the experiment,the reason why the hobbing machine can ’t start normally when machining the few teeth number gear is analyzed,and the renovation scheme is put forward.After transforming,the few tooth number gear can be machined by using the Y38 hobbing machine.

      摘要:Through alternate engage of the escapement wheel and escapement fork,the escape device based on escapement mechanism can release uniformly gravitational potential energy of body to make the body land safely to the ground in a certain average speed. The transmission scheme of the device is designed. The parameters design and structural design of escapement mechanism are completed. The mathematical model of dynamics analysis is established for escapement mechanism. It proves that the rate of decline of the evacuee of tall buildings is proportional to the square root of body weight,and inversely proportional to the square root of rotational inertia of escapement fork and the balance. The rotational inertia of the balance is calculated according to the case the rate of decline of the body to be 2 m / s.

      摘要:With unique configuration characteristic,the dual- clutch transmission( DCT) makes the vehicle get a good result in power performance,fuel economy and drivability,and recently it becomes a new development trend in the field of transmission. Basing on analysis of launch control theory of DCT,five phases about launch active control are proposed and vehicle power calculations corresponding to those each control phase are also proposed. It proves that this control strategy can make the vehicle launch in effect and also get a good result of drivability through the test according to the design.

      摘要:In the work practice,the different countries,different standard involute spline will be often encountered,such as the Chinese National Standard( GB Standard),the International Organization for Standardization( ISO) standard,the Deutsch Industrial Norman( DIN) standard,the American National Standards Institute( ASNI) standard,the Japanese Industrial Standards( JIS),French standard( NF) and the like. There are modular system,pitch system,dual pitch system,the pressure angle has 30°,37. 5°,45°,etc.,the definition method of accuracy class is different. The common used involute splines are introduced and contrasted,and the relationships between the different standards are analyzed,a reference for industrial application is provided.

By using two secant method,the numerical solution of the equation is solved,at the end of the process,the output speed is given,meanwhile,the speeds of all components are given,the result is compared with the theoretical calculation to verify.

      摘要:The gear transmission system is the most widely used motion or power transmission device,such as vehicles,machinery,aviation,aerospace,metallurgy,electric power,coal,petrochemical,nuclear energy and many other key mechanical equipment in the industry. The fault of gear transmission system will cause mechanical equipment failure. If the diagnosis can be carried out in advance,it is effective to avoid the occurrence of accidents,eliminate the continued damage,save a lot of maintenance costs. In view of the research results in the field of fault diagnosis technology of the gear transmission system,focusing on the research status of the fault feature extraction and mode recognition method,and the problems to be further study is given.
