摘要:The load( working condition) coefficient is one of the important original inputs in the design of chain transmission system,it is directly related to design variables of the chain bearing capacity,especially for the timing silent chain system,the chain plate thickness or number are all related to it. Through a engine timing chain system design,ignoring the torsional vibration and engine cylinder to work,the load characteristics of the timing silent chain system are analyzed qualitatively. By using the cylinder head anti drag system test bench,through static and dynamic load torque test,the load coefficient and the method of determining under different speed conditions of the timing silent chain system are proposed,which is of great reference value to the design of the multi axis and high speed silent chain system.

摘要:According to the meshing mechanism of chain plate and sprocket,two kinds of plate with different meshing mechanism(inner-outer compound meshing and outer meshing) are designed. According to the six different plate connection orders,the dynamics simulation models of Hy-Vo silent chain system are built and simplified,and load and driving function are added to the models. The models are emulated and the center distance fluctuations of them are analyzed. Results show that the center distance fluctuation quantity of the system consist of only inner-outer compound meshing plate or only outer meshing plate is larger,and the center distance fluctuation quantity of the system concatenated of inner- outer compound meshing plate and outer meshing plate in a certain order is smaller.
摘要:The curve tension is one of the common constraints of automotive engine timing chain system,and its layout design is directly related to the vibration characteristics,noise characteristics and smooth characteristics of the timing chain system. Through an engine timing chain system design as an example,the characteristics of the chain tension of the three axis system are described,and a quantitative description of the tension of the loose side and tension of the tension device are carried out. By using the cylinder head anti drag system test bench,the tension force under different rotating speed and the torque of the crankshaft is tested. From this the load cycle characteristics of the timing chain system are obtained. The results show that the dynamic performance is guaranteed based on chain system,tension constraint should be considered to absorb the wear elongation of timing chain,and the tension force of the force direction,but also take into account the timing chain static strength safety margin. The study has an important significance for the application of the chain in the automotive engine,and it also has some reference for the design of the multi axis chain transmission system.
摘要:Based on the dynamic performance of the vehicle on the time sharing drive transmission and the full time drive transmission,the matching calculation of the chain drive in transfer case is studied. The calculating method of the load on chain in the transfer case under various typical conditions is analyzed. Accordingly,the design method of security matching is proposed,a test method of chain drive is introduced and the test result is analyzed,and the transfer case matching selection design example is listed. Results show that,under the condition of satisfy the premise of the power distribution of automobile transfer case,the fatigue performance and wear performance of the chain drive system can be guaranteed by the method of automobile transfer case chain matching design. It has the important guiding significance for the independent development of four- wheel drive in the transfer case chain drive system field.

摘要:The failure modes of the timing system are classified,the internal factors and the external environment factors are distinguished in detail. Combining the failure summary of failure of 78 kits of failure timing system,the parts with the highest frequency failure mode,the main causes of failure and the most common failure result are given. It is determined that the tensioner and the chain are the components with highest failure frequency in the timing system,and the abnormal sound is the most common consequence of the failure of the timing system.
摘要:Enhancing the performance of automobile and motorcycle engines strengthened timing silent chain rotation fatigue will contribute to improving the life of engine timing strengthened silent chain and makes the engine timing chain with the same life of engine. By means of chain plate stamping,crushing hole,heat treatment process,strengthening pretension technology and other means to enhance the performance of the timing chain rotation fatigue significantly. 摘要:The Hy-Vo silent chain is a rigid rectangular frame composed of guide plate and long special pin through interference connection. The frame,which combines together internal and external combined engagement chain plate,outer meshing chain plate and short special- shaped pin,forms into a ring connected Hy-Vo silent chain. So the connecting firmness between long shaped pin and guide plate is very important. It matters to the lifetime of whole chain. The main factor influencing the connecting firmness of guide plate is the amount of interference between guide plates and special pins. When the designed amount of interference is confirmed,the precision of chain plate special hole and special pin has a very important influence on the connecting firmness. The more the precision scattering differs,the more the dispersion of connecting firmness is. By introducing the concept of equivalent diameter of the pin,the press- out force between special pin and guide plate is calculated. By comparing the calculated results with the actual test results,it is verified this method is reasonable and feasible.
摘要:The development process of engine timing system and the calculation method of timing chain tension are studied. The key technical points of main parts including timing chain,guide rail and tensioner are presented when designing the overall layout of engine timing system. According to the simulation analysis of designed engine timing chain system is carried out,the structures and load conditions of each component is improved to reach a better power transmission. Consequently,the requirements of high performance and low noise of the engine is satisfied. From the results of this study,it is concluded that this development process is reasonable and practical.

The standard three- dimensional model and drawings are designed,the standardization and design rules are established,then three- dimensional model and engineering drawings could be designed automatically by using the software of Drive Works. Through this method,the design efficiency is improved and some references for designing other products can be offered.

摘要:According to the study and analysis of the part structure characteristic and conventional process,the compound die processing scheme is selected. It means that the five processes of cutting,stamping,ribbing,punching and leveling can be completed on a pair of mold. Although the mold structure is relatively complex,but it is good way to save the number of mold,the processing efficiency is improved and the product quality stable is ensured. Also,the structure characteristics of the mold and the key problem the process should be paid attention are introduced.

摘要:By analyzing the chain plate force situation,improving the chain plate structure of the chain plate shape is puts forward,the forces of the weak links of the chain plate is changed and the tensile stress the maximum tensile stress area is reduced. According to the forces of the outer chain plate arc structure,the multi- arc segment curve segment design method is proposed to improve the chain tensile strength and fatigue strength of the chain plate. By the experimental verification,comparing with the traditional chain plate shape,the tensile strength of the this chain plates is increased by 5% 10% and the fatigue performance is increased by 6% 12%.

摘要:The pendulum conveyor chain and its driving device are the core part of the pendulum conveyor,the reliability and the stability of the driving device directly affect the normal production and the coating quality of the product. The main technical parameters and the design key points of the pendulum conveyor chain and the structural characteristics of the pendulum conveyor chain and the driving device are described. The multipoint automatic lubricating is adopted to avoid increasing the running resistance of the system due to poor lubrication in the course of operation,leading to the drive device capacity becomes insufficient,thus appear chain crawling and influence on the quality of coating.

摘要:The roller chain pin shaft heat treatment process is studied and improved,by using the compound two times chemical heat treatment method,the hardness on the surface of the pin and the thickness of hard floors are improved,and the solubility of the pin shaft and sleeve on the surface is avoided. Through the improvement of heat treatment,the wearability of the chain is significantly improved.

摘要:The organization and performance of 20 CrNiMo automobile chain roller after the heat treatment of carburizing and quenching + low tempering,carburizing and quenching + medium- temperature tempering and carburizing and quenching + isothermal salt bath heat treatment are studied. The carburizing and quenching + salt bath isothermal heat treatment is the best heat treatment process for automobile chain roller is determined. Comparing with the conventional quenching + low tempering temperature strength σb increased by15.2%,the plasticity increased by 60%,the toughness increased by 80%. The whole chain rotary fatigue performance increased by 3.2 times.

摘要:View of the fracture problem of the chain in the 20Cr13 material of martensitic stainless steel,the scheme of improving the heat treatment process is put forward. Through the test of the different parameters of heat treatment,comprehensive the hardness and Charpy impact test,the appropriate heat treatment process is determined. The practice shows that,according to the results of the above scheme,the design of the chain meets the requirements of corrosion resistance,wear resistance and higher strength.

摘要:The tensile tests of LH1034 leaf chains with 45 Mn plates and 35 CrMo pins are conducted under10 ℃ and- 40 ℃ temperature. The Charpy impact test of chain materials of 45 Mn,35CrMo as plate and35 CrMo,40 CrNiMoA with heat treated( quenching and tempering process) as pin are conducted under 25 ℃ and- 40 ℃ temperature. The indoor temperature and low temperature tensile property and impact property of chain material are constract measured. The result show that the breaking load of the LH1034 plate chain under the condition of- 40 ℃ low temperature is a bit higher than 10 ℃,and the impact property of the materials under the low temperature is significantly reduced.
摘要:The method and best heat treatment process to prevent the"for years for a change"of precision punching dies are presented. The method and parameters of heat treatment of dies are as follows. Firstly,after electric spark cutting,stress relief annealing of dies is used,which are heated to 650 ℃ and cooling in air furnace. Secondly,the dies are heated to 650 ℃ and 850 ℃ for pre- heating,then to 1 010 ℃ for quenching and the dies are cooled by pressed Nitrogen in vacuum furnace. Thirdly,the dies are deeply cooled to- 196 ℃,then,the tempering of dies is used which are heated to 250 ℃ for two times and following closely to 200 ℃ for one time. The production practice proved that after being treated by the above processes,the residual austenite of dies is decreased to 3%,the value of deformation is only 0. 000 8 mm. The result shows that,the dimension stability of dies is greatly increased and the life of dies is obviously prolonged.

摘要:According to the observation and analysis of the hinge joint( friction pair) among pin,sleeve and roller in the chain of bucket coal elevator by means of scanning electron microscope,it shows that the wear mechanism of pin and sleeve is mainly abrasive wear accompany with fatigue wear after choosing the martensitic stainless steel material to produce parts. When the material of rollers is medium carbon alloy steel,the wear mechanism is corrosion wear and fatigue wear due to the effect of environmental medium,which is different from the dual sleeve.

摘要:The strengthening preloading is an economic,effective and easy to implement strengthening measure,which can greatly improve the fatigue strength of chain,and it can replace ordinary preloading,which can not greatly improve the fatigue strength of chain. In the chain manufacturing process,the chains must be preloaded to ensure early broken,because of chains have not enough static strength,will not happen in normal use. The preloading process should be according to the different working condition of the chain,though process test,choosing science,reasonable preloading force and preloading time.

摘要:The influence laws of pin surface hardness and roughness on the silent chain wear resistance is proposed,the relationship between the pin surface hardness,surface roughness and the silent chain wear resistance is expounded. The experiment results show that increasing the pin surface hardness,reducing the pin surface roughness,the silent chain wear resistance can be obviously improved,such measure is very efficient to the improvement of silent chain wear resistance.

摘要:Aiming at elastic- plastic contact of planetary roller screw mechanism( PRSM),a single contact model between screw and roller is established based on the Hertz contact theory and elastic- plastic mechanics,then a method for judging whether the PRSM has entered the yield state is obtained. Secondly,the numerical model of the elastic- plastic contact is built based on the finite element method and the relationship between loads and deformation on the elastic- plastic contact of PRSM is analyzed. Conclusions can be drawn that the roller becomes a yield state prior to the screw through further analysis,and the contact stress calculation method based on the Hertz contact theory is still feasible when the load is under a range of small plastic deformation. Through the elastic- plastic contact analysis of PRSM,its plastic deformation corresponding to static load rating is acquired,which provides theoretical roles for future design of PRSM.

摘要:The effect of tooth surface friction from mesh- in to mesh- out on bending strength is researched,including the normal and friction force of the driving gear. Based on the variation of tooth surface friction,the engaging region is divided into the upper and lower regions bounded by pitch circle,and then the calculation equations of root stress in different meshing regions are derived. The case shows that the root bending stress with friction is 3% bigger than the one without friction in the upper region,but that the stress with friction is 4% smaller than the one without friction in the lower region. The mutation of the root bending stress is in line with the direction reverse of friction force at pitch point. The experimental and calculating results show that the curves of root bending stress are basically consistent and that the deviation is within 10% when the dynamic load factor is considered in the calculation equations. The calculation model preliminarily is verified by the experimental results,and the calculation equation of tooth root bending stress including friction is more reliable.
摘要:In order to research the influence of installation errors and support deformations on load distribution in the torque split transmission system of face gear,a calculating method for load distribution of torque split transmission system of face gear is proposed. At first,the model of load sharing for torque split transmission system of face gear is established by torque balance equation and deformation compatibility condition,and the deformation compatibility condition directly relate to time- vary meshing stiffness of gear pair. Secondly,the force on the face gear is analyzed,and the form that the deformation of support system is described,the support deformation is translated to errors of gear. Thirdly,the meshing stiffness of gear pair is fit as function of load by tooth contact analysis( TCA) and loaded tooth contact analysis( LTCA). At last,the calculation method for coefficients of load sharing is proposed. Numerical example demonstrates that the coefficients of two path in the system is respectively 0. 65 and 1. 35 under the combined effects of installation errors and support deformation,while the radial support deformation ax1 of the pinion is- 692. 3 μm,the coefficients of the two path is respectively 0. 987 0 and 1. 013. Hence,the radial elastic support ax1 of the pinion,to some extent,is able to offset the influence of unequal torque splitting caused by installation errors and support deformation.
摘要:For a particular structure satellite,under the proposed requirements of on- orbit service task technical,a kind of docking device based on CAM curve mechanism and linkage mechanism is introduced,which can achieve the special docking technology requirement of the target satellite docking ring. And the device is mature structure,large clamping force and smooth movement. Based on the mathematical model of docking device cam curve follower and 3D entity model,the motion law of mathematical model and 3D model are respectively solved and simulated by Matlab and ADAMS software. Then comparing the docking device theory and simulation of motion data to verify the docking device could complete the design of the goal.

摘要:Focusing on the difficulty of the combination optimization of modal from transmission system and vibration from structure system,taking the vertical mill reducer gearbox structural system geometrical parameter and transmission system parameter as design variables,to avoid the nature frequency and specific frequency overlapped and minimum the vibration of the reducer gearbox as the objective function,the volume,Von Mises stress and comprehensive displacement of the reducer gearbox as constraint condition,based on the multi- objective optimization theory,the weigh- adding of modal and vibration optimization is carried out. The modal- vibration combined optimization finite element model is built,the model is solved by using zero- order and first- order optimization methods. The optimization results indicate that the gap of nature frequency and specific frequency is reached at 20. 7%,and the vibration is attenuated by 28. 4%,the effective results is found for the combined optimization,which can provide method for multi- objective optimization and significant reference for practical issues of vibration and noise reduction.
摘要:Aming at verifying the working characteristics of a truck driving axle housing,the strength of rear axle is analyzed based on the finite element method,the analysis result shows that maximum stress beyond material tensile strength when it was 6 time full loading. The maximum stress is 549.0 MPa by increasing chamfer and increasing 10 mm at vertical distance,it is reduced by 10%. The fatigue life of front axle is predicted based the method of S-N,the result shows that the minimum life is 1.57×106,it exceeds the national standard of 8×105 cycles. The first free modal frequency and first constraint modal frequency are 101.5 Hz and125.9 Hz after optimization. They are outside the range of excitation frequency of engine idle speed,and the resonance would be effectively avoided. The maximum displacement of per meter is 1.097 mm/m,it less than1.5 mm/m of national standards,so its optimization meet the requirement of stiffness,modal,strength and fatigue.

摘要:Based on the processing principle analysis of internal gear honing,the space coordinates system of honing stone and workpiece are built and the contact line equation of workpiece and the tooth surface equation of honing stone are derived by the contact condition of conjugate surfaces to build more accurate tooth surface model of honing stone. The 3D model of honing stone and its tooth surface model are built in Solid Works by using the datum of contact lines from being calculated in Matlab with parametric programs. The influence analysis about variable shaft angle dressing method on gear tooth surface are carried out by using relative velocity on contact points and honing path on gear tooth surface.
摘要:When working at light load operation( such as sowing,weeding,transplanting,harvesting,etc.),the traditional tractor has the problem of low power utilization ratio and high fuel consumption. Through analyzing the best economy index and its influence factors of tractor,a kind of economical shift rule is put forward,which based on the minimum fuel consumption rate of tractor. It requires not only the operating point of the engine located at the lowest fuel consumption zone,also need the tractor traction efficiency to be higher. For this reason,the slip rate of driving wheel is introduced to constitute economical shift rule and its control strategy,which takes the speed,drive wheel speed,engine speed,throttle opening and transmission gear ratio of tractor as control parameters. The fuzzy control is used to identify the driving intention,and the driver intervention on the shifting process is introduced to the transmission control,which can reflect the actual working environment of the tractor. Taking the YTO LA2004 wheeled tractor which equipped with automatic power shift transmission as investigative subject,the simulation analysis of light load working condition is carried out. The results show that the gear and throttle opening change with traction load,which ensure that the working point of the engine is in a low fuel consumption zone. The fuel consumption rate of tractor is reduced and the stability of the actual speed of the tractor is achieved. A theoretical basis for the development of automatic transmission control system of tractor is provided by the research.
摘要:As the key component of machining center,the structure and driving mode of ATC device directly influence the time and efficiency of tool changing. Starting from the structure and principle of the cam-type ATC device,based on the theory of globoidal cam mechanism,the double globoidal cam linkage structure is designed to achieve the tool change action for ATC device. Taking the starting point of rotary globoidal cam indexing as the feature position and the motion cycle chart is designed to meet the k tool changing action. And then the digital mock- up of the double globoidal cam- type ATC device are obtained in Pro / Engineer. At last,the virtual prototype of the ATC device is built by using Recur Dyn with dynamic simulation and analysis,the real motion process of ATC device is simulated and the motion parameter curve is output,the results show that the accuracy of the design results are verified.
摘要:Taking the 2F2R macro micro manipulator as study object,its model is established by using the finite element method. Based on the cam curve theory,the equations of motion curve such as the acceleration,the 5 degree polynomial,the deformed trapezoid,the cycloid,the synthetic sine,and the deformed sine are derived in detail. Based on the above two aspects of works,the effect and rule of different motion curves on the elastic vibration of manipulator end are studied,which has a good reference value for the trajectory planning of this type of manipulator.
摘要:In order to solve the problems of the wide dump truck drive axle housing fatigue failure in working conditions,by collected the vehicle axle excitation information in working conditions,combined with the finite element method,the wide dump truck drive axle housing stress,deformation and fatigue properties are studied,a heavy duty wide dump truck drive axle housing mechanics characteristic analysis method is got. The research results show that the heavy duty wide dump truck drive axle housing stress,deformation,the minimum safety factor and minimum life by combining the measured large waveform axle excitation data can meet the material and design requirements,the reliability of axle housing is relatively high. Under the wide dump truck drive axle housing finite element model is introduced to the collected spectral large waveform axle excitation road data,which can further improve the fit degree calculation and analysis under the environment of virtual prototype with the actual environment,and also can provide a reference for the follow- up of virtual prototype environment design,analysis and modification of drive axle housing.
摘要:The researching hybrid electric vehicle( HEV) is the double axle torque combination style parallel hybrid electric vehicle,and the SC7130 car is taken as design object and the new type continuously variable transmission( CVT) system with reflux power is used in it. After the new type continuously variable transmission system with reflux power is researched and analyzed,the structure layout of the overall vehicle is established,then,the main operation mode of the transmission system is formulated. The bond graph model of the overall vehicle transmission system is built by the application of the bond graph theory. According to the bond graph model of the overall vehicle transmission system,the state equation( the mathematics model of the overall transmission system) is listed. The simulation model of the transmission system is set up by using Matlab / Simulink,and the speed ratio control strategies of each gear are formulated. The transmission system is simulated.The transmission system parameters are optimized further after the performances( such as dynamic and economic performances) analysis of the overall vehicle.

摘要:The application of time domain index and kurtosis analysis method in the fault diagnosis of rolling bearing is studied. Firstly,the kurtosis values of each signals are obtained by equi- spaced and different frequency band- pass filter of bearing signals. Secondly,through the maximum principle of kurtosis value,the frequency band of the fault diagnosis is determined,and then the frequency range is determined as the filter parameters. Finally,by calculating the time domain index of filter to diagnose the rolling bearing. The test results show that the frequency band range obtained through this way is reasonable,which will also improve the rate of diagnosis accuracy.
摘要:Aiming at the problem of gear tooth surface vibration noise in automotive transmission,the system vibration model of gear meshing with the gear is established,and the error amount and modification amount of gear tooth profile model are associated,and gear tooth profile in the top of part and the root part is coupled and established,then analysis of vibration and noise is carried out by experimental platform of gear meshing vibration system dynamic model. Through the experiment analysis,it is found that gear meshing noise is an important factor affecting the size and orientation of overall waveform,the modification of gear noise waveform amplitude with respect to time domain fitting before modification is weakened,the impact decreased significantly.At the same time,the main test box vibration and noise are collected by real- time to contrast the noise samples before and after the modification. It is verified the feasibility of system vibration model and the modification method,and a reference for the study of automobile gearbox noise is provided.
摘要:The axial and radial stiffness formula of the flexible composite connecting rod is obtained by the theory analysis. The mechanical property constant of rubber Mooney- Rivlin model is determined by uniaxial tensile experiment,the static stiffness analysis of the flexible composite connecting rod are carried out by using ABAQUS. The experimental results prove the validity of the theoretical calculation and finite element simulation calculation. The experiment result shows that the research method is accurate and effective. The research results have certain guiding significance for design of the flexible composite connecting rod.
