摘要

下肢外骨骼研究一直是外骨骼发展研究领域的热门。在下肢外骨骼的研究中主要分为两种驱动类型，即：有动力系统驱动和无动力被动式下肢外骨骼；在有动力驱动的下肢外骨骼中，又分为刚性下肢外骨骼和柔性下肢外骨骼。对两种不同驱动类型的下肢外骨骼研究进行综述分析，介绍其发展状况、结构原理、装备的优势和不足，分析了它们的性能，以及在以后的研究中需要注意的关键技术。

Abstract

Lower limb exoskeleton has always been a hot research direction in the field of exoskeleton development. In the research of lower limb exoskeleton, it can be divided into two driving types, including powered system drive and unpowered passive lower limb exoskeleton. In the powered system driven lower limb exoskeleton, it can be divided into rigid lower limb exoskeleton and flexible lower limb exoskeleton. The research on two different driven types of lower extremity exoskeletons is reviewed in this study. The development status, structure principle, advantages and disadvantages of the equipment are introduced, and their performance and the key technologies that need to be paid attention to in the future research are analyzed.
