摘要

针对超减速比准双曲面齿轮的强度以及疲劳等问题，完成了齿坯参数的计算；建立三维装配模型，并对超减速比准双曲面齿轮进行了有限元仿真；推导出一种由大轮设计参数计算小轮设计参数的计算方法，可计算出相对应的小轮齿坯和大轮齿坯；利用大小轮齿面方程，在Matlab中求出齿面离散点坐标，导入三维软件SolidWorks后，通过将离散点连成线段，再把线连成面，最终实现超减速比准双曲面齿轮三维建模，并将所建立的模型导入Ansys Workbench中进行了有限元仿真。结果表明，转速、反向转矩和齿轮齿根部分采用不同的刀顶圆角加工时，都会影响超减速比准双曲面齿轮的最小疲劳寿命。

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of strength and fatigue of super-reduction ratio hypoid gears， a calculation of the gear blank parameters is completed， a three-dimensional assembly model is established， and a finite element simulation is carried out on the super-reduction ratio hypoid gears； a calculation method for calculating the design parameters of the pinion from the design parameters of the large gear is derived， and the corresponding pinion and large gear tooth blanks can be calculated. Using the large gear and pinion tooth surface equations， the coordinates of the discrete points on the tooth surface are calculated in Matlab and imported into SolidWorks to realize the three-dimensional modeling of super-reduction ratio hypoid gears， and then import the model into Ansys workbench for finite element simulation； the simulation results show that the rotation speed， reverse torque and gear tooth root parts are processed with different tip fillets， which will affect the minimum fatigue life of the super-reduction ratio hypoid gears.
