Study on the Influence of Bearings on Transmission Efficiency of Manual Transmission and Optimization
节能减排作为汽车领域发展的重要趋势,变速器作为传动系核心部件,需进一步优化以提升其传动效率。针对某国产5挡手动变速器轴承进行研究,分别考虑了轴承精度、轴承游隙以及轴承密封结构对变速器不同工况下传动效率的影响。结果表明,轴承精度提高可提升变速器低挡位的传动效率,但对高挡位的传动效率影响很小;相比于原厂C3组游隙,采用Cm组和C5组游隙均可提升变速器的传动效率,但Cm组游隙所提升的工况更接近真实工况;轴承密封结构所产生的摩擦力矩占轴承总摩擦力矩85%以上,存在很大优化空间。制定变速器轴承优化方案,通过整车WLTC(World-wide harmonized light duty test cycle)油耗测试发现,采用Cm组轴承游隙和非接触式密封结构可以降低0.97%的整车WLTC油耗。
Abstract
Energy saving and emission reduction is an important trend in the development of automotive industry. As the core component of transmission system,transmission needs to be further optimized to improve its transmission efficiency. The bearing of a domestic 5-speed manual transmission is studied. The influence of bearing accuracy,bearing clearance and bearing sealing structure on transmission efficiency under different working conditions is considered. The results show that the improvement of bearing accuracy can improve the transmission efficiency in low gear,but has little effect on the transmission efficiency in high gear; compared with the original bearing clearance (C3 group),both Cm group and C5 group can improve the transmission efficiency,but the working condition improved by Cm group clearance is closer to the real working condition; the friction torque generated by the bearing seal accounts for more than 85% of the total friction torque of the bearing. The optimization scheme of transmission bearing is formulated. Through the vehicle WLTC (World-wide harmonized light duty test cycle) fuel consumption,it is found that the use of Cm group bearing clearance and non-contact sealing structure can reduce the vehicle WLTC fuel consumption by 0.97%.
