摘要

为了实现无人直升机齿轮油国产化，明确不同性能的齿轮油对齿轮箱性能的影响，从而科学地提高齿轮箱的可靠性和寿命，郑州机械研究所有限公司联合多家单位自主开发了80W-140型无人直升机齿轮油。在实验室对油品性能测试的基础上，通过齿轮箱综合性能试验台对80W-140型油品和进口油的性能表现进行了对比测试，并对台架试验测试得到的振动、噪声、温度、效率和胶合转矩等指标进行了分析。结果表明，不同性能油品对齿轮箱的效率和承载能力的影响明显不同，所研制的80W-140型油品具有较好的抗磨减摩和抗胶合性能，可有效提高齿轮箱的可靠性。

Abstract

In order to realize the localization of unmanned helicopter gear oil，the influence of different performance gear oil on gearbox performance is clarified，so as to improve the reliability and service life of gearbox scientifically. Zhengzhou Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering Co.， Ltd.， jointly developed 80W-140 unmanned helicopter gear oil. Based on the performance test of the oil in the laboratory，the performance of the 80W-140 unmanned gear oil is compared and tested with that of the imported oil through the gearbox comprehensive test bench. The vibration，noise，temperature，efficiency and gluing torque obtained from the bench test are carried out，the results show that different performance oils have obvious different effects on the efficiency and bearing capacity of the gearbox， the 80W-140 oil product has better friction reduction，anti-wear and anti gluing performance，which can effectively improve the reliability of the gearbox.
