结合加工现状,避开常规空间啮合理论,依托实际生产项目,以几何学的角度探究直廓环面蜗杆成形原理。经加工验证,满足设计使用要求。结合实例,给出软件实现方式,方便读者复刻。
Considering the status quo of processing,to avoid conventional spatial meshing theory,and relying on actual production projects,the forming principle of straight profile hourglass worm is analyzed in terms of geometry. After processing verification,it meets the design and use requirements. Combining with examples,presents readers with a software implementation method for reprinting.
