摘要

介绍了转矩激励下的RV减速器扭转振动频响特性测试方法。RV减速器是封闭的二级传动系统，分别对第一级渐开线齿轮传动（输入轴）与第二级摆线针轮传动（输出轴）采用白噪声和扫频激励法，拾取激励和响应信号，获得RV减速器扭转振动频响特性。对比分析了现有两种扭振频响测试方法，指出两种测试方法在频率响应上的差别；用RV减速器实际扭转振动试验验证了两种测试方法在固有频率、阻尼率估计及响应分布上的差异，确定了所给测试方法的正确性。研究对RV减速器扭转振动频响测试技术有一定参考价值。

Abstract

The torsional vibration frequency response test method of RV reducer under torque excitation is introduced. RV reducer is a closed two-stage drive system， the first stage involute gear drive （input shaft） and the second stage cycloid-pin gear drive （output shaft） are respectively applied with white noise and sweep frequency excitation method， and the excitation and response signals are picked up to obtain the torsional vibration frequency response of RV reducer. The two existing methods for testing the frequency response of torsional vibration are compared and analyzed， the difference in frequency response between the two methods is pointed out， and the difference in natural frequency， damping rate estimation and response distribution is verified by actual torsional vibration experiment of RV reducer. The correctness of the test method is confirmed by the results. The research has certain reference value to the testing technology of torsional vibration frequency response of RV reducer.
