摘要

以“十字轴万向节-传动轴-准双曲面齿轮副-圆锥滚子轴承-半轴”组成的传动轴-后桥系统为研究对象，基于动力学分析软件Adams，考虑中间支承的影响，建立仿真模型，得到了中间支承、后桥输入处以及半轴轮端在不同输入转速下的2阶（角）加速度幅值变化曲线，并确定了2阶幅值曲线的峰值位置。采用基于阶次追踪的台架实验研究，得到系统的1阶扭转振动固有频率为57 Hz，此结果与仿真分析结果吻合，证明了传动轴-后桥系统Adams仿真计算结果的正确性，解决了动力学仿真在研究柔性传动系统耦合振动特性尤其是模态参数获取时精度不高的问题。

Abstract

Taking the spider cardan shaft-hypoid gear pair-tapered roller bearing-half shaft rear axle of the shaft system as the research object， based on the dynamics analysis software Adams， considering the influence of the intermediate support， the transmission shaft-rear axle system dynamics simulation model is established. The second-order （angular） acceleration amplitude curves of the intermediate support， the inputting position of the rear axle and the end of the half axle at different input speeds are obtained. The peak value position of the second-order （angular） acceleration curve is also determined. By using the bench test study based on order tracking， the experimental results show the natural frequency of the first order torsional vibration of the system is 57 Hz， which is consistent with the modal frequency of the system obtained by simulation analysis， and proves the correctness of the Adams simulation calculation result of the transmission shift-rear axle system. The problem of low accuracy of dynamics simulation in studying the coupling vibration characteristics of the flexible transmission system， especially in obtaining the modal parameters is solved.
