摘要

以ZF公司的8速自动变速器8HP为研究对象，分析了该自动变速器的各挡动力传递路线。该自动变速器行星齿轮传动机构由4个单行星排和5个换挡元件组成。利用杠杆法基本理论，建立了各挡的等效杠杆图，计算了各挡传动比公式。研究结果为自动变速器的设计提供了理论基础。

Abstract

Abstract Taking ZF 8HP 8-speed automatic transmission as the research object，it is composed of four single planetary gearsets and five shift elements. The transmission routes of the automatic transmission are analyzed. Based on basic theory of lever method， equivalent leverage diagrams of each gear are established. The formulas of transmission ratio of each gear are calculated. The research result provides a theoretical basis for the design of automatic transmission.
