摘要

径向永磁联轴器具有传递效率高、绿色环保及易于装配的传动特点，但由于其主、从动转子的不连接性，导致在制造安装过程中易产生安装误差，影响结构的稳定性进而会出现径向轴心大幅度振动的问题。由于内部磁场力表达式较为复杂，利用分析力学求解运动方程难以实现，为此，利用耗散系统的拉格朗日方程从能量的角度建立其动力学方程，根据实际参数利用Matlab对其进行求解，得到系统随误差值变化的分叉图和不同误差值下的位移响应图，得到系统稳定传动的安装精度；同时，也验证了所建立动力学模型的可行性。

Abstract

The radial permanent magnet coupling has the characteristics of high transmission efficiency， environment protection and easy assembly， due to the disconnection of the main and follower rotors， errors easily occur in the manufacturing and installation process， which affects the stability of the structure and causes the problem of vibration of the radial axis. Because of the complexity of the expression of magnetic force， it is difficult to solve by analytical mechanics. For this， the Lagrange equation of dissipative system is used to establish its dynamics equation from the angle of energy， and the bifurcation diagram of the system varying with the error value and displacement response diagram with different error values are obtained by solving it according to the actual parameters. The installation accuracy of the stable transmission of the system is obtained， meanwhile， the feasibility of the established dynamics model is also verified.
