摘要

针对风电齿轮箱运行状态评估中存在的不够全面、准确度较低等问题，提出一种基于灰云模型聚类分析和云重心偏移度理论相结合的评估方法，对风电齿轮箱建立相对全面完整的评估体系，能够有效提高评估结果的准确性。利用灰云模型对齿轮箱进行初步的聚类分析，获得风电齿轮箱当前运行的大致评估结果；在此基础上，计算标准云模型和当前云模型的云重心偏移度，可进一步提高评估结果的可靠性。对风电齿轮箱实测数据进行了状态评估，然后和齿轮箱记录状态进行比较，证实提出的评估方法具有一定的准确性和可使用价值。

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of insufficient comprehensiveness and low accuracy in evaluating the operation status of wind power gearbox, an evaluation method based on grey cloud model clustering analysis and cloud gravity center deviation theory is proposed. A relatively complete evaluation system for wind power gearbox can effectively improve the accuracy of the evaluation results is established. A preliminary clustering analysis of the gearbox is carried out by using the grey cloud model, and the general evaluation results of the current operation of the wind power gearbox are obtained. On this basis, the cloud gravity center offset of standard cloud model and current cloud model is calculated, which further improves the reliability of the evaluation results. Through the state evaluation of the real wind power gearbox measurement data and comparing with the gear box record state, it is proved that the proposed evaluation method has certain accuracy and usability value.
