摘要

为改善弧齿锥齿轮传动过程的平稳性，明晰转速和负载在传动过程中对啮合冲击的影响规律，建立了弧齿锥齿轮啮合冲击的数学模型，并对从动轮进行了受力分析；以Adams软件为工具，建立了弧齿锥齿轮传动系统的多体动力学模型，分析了不同转速和负载下，传动过程中的啮合力和从动轮角加速度的变化规律。负载一定时，转速的增加会加剧轮齿间的啮合冲击；转速恒定时，适当地增大负载可以降低轮齿间啮合冲击的剧烈程度，提升传动的平稳性。研究结果对弧齿锥齿轮传动系统的减振降噪具有一定的理论意义。

Abstract

In order to improve the smoothness of the transmission process of spiral bevel gears, the influence of speed and load on meshing impact in the transmission process is clarified. Firstly, the mathematic model of meshing impact of spiral bevel gear is established, and the force analysis of driven wheel is carried out. Then, the multi-body dynamics model of spiral bevel gear transmission system is established by using Adams software, and the variation law of meshing force and angular acceleration of driven wheel in the transmission process under different rotational speeds and loads is analyzed. If the load is fixed, the increase of the speed will aggravate the meshing impact between the teeth, if the speed is constant, the intensity of meshing impact between the teeth can be reduced and the stability of transmission can be improved by properly increasing the load. It has certain theoretical significance for vibration reduction and noise reduction of spiral bevel gear transmission system.
