摘要

基于风扇驱动齿轮箱外啮合人字齿试验件试验时的现象，结合动力学分析及故障理论等知识，建立一套对轴心轨迹的提纯滤波方法。通过对比振动数据与提纯滤波轴心轨迹的变化趋势来判断故障类型，确定提纯后的轴心轨迹可以更早的发现问题，避免严重事故的发生。

Abstract

According to the phenomenon of the external meshing herringbone teeth test of fan drive gearbox, based on the knowledge of dynamics analysis and failure theory, a set of method for purifying and filtering axis trajectory is established. The failure type is determined by comparing the variation trend of the purified filter axis trajectory diagram and the vibration data. The problem can be detected earlier and serious accidents can be avoided by the purified filter axis trajectory.
