摘要

综合考虑作用于链轮的外载荷分布及行星轮系齿轮啮合力，基于Abaqus分析了3种工况下箱体及三级行星架装配结构的强度，并对3种行星架与销轴结构方案进行比较分析，验证了有限元结果的准确性，为后继设计及投产提供依据。

Abstract

Taking the external load distribution on sprocket wheel and meshing forces of planetary gear trains into account， the strength of case and the three-stage planet carrier assembly under three working conditions is analyzed by using Abaqus， comparison and analysis of three solutions of planet carrier and pins structure is carried out， and the accuracy of the FEA result is confirmed， which provides the basis for subsequent design and manufacture.
